The apartment is located in a private house in a closed territory. Everyone has their own entrance. A bedroom with a double bed, a folding sofa, a private kitchen, a dining table and a bathroom. On the territory there is a summer kitchen, a glasses, a grill and a trampoline. The area is closed with a large fence. There are blue spruces and tui on the property. Each entrance has its own terrace. Issyk-Kul Lake is a short 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. Cafes, shops, Thermal hot spring, yacht club and park are within a walking distance.

Cottage is located on the territory of the recreation center "FOUNTAIN», in the village Kara-Oi (Valley), 3 km from Cholpon-Ata. There are separate apartments on the 1st floor of the cottage, with a separate entrance: 1st bedroom - large bed, locker, mirror, pedestal, armchair. 2nd bedroom - large bed + folding sofa, chiffon, mirror, pedestal, armchair, ironing board.
