The most beautiful and homely cottage in Urubamba

HelenRating, 5 stars43 months ago
This is a wonderful base for exploring the Sacred Valley. We stayed for a week here and loved it. A beautifully decorated home full of textiles and antiques, the house is set in a wooded garden of eucalyptus trees shared with a few other houses. Our kids loved running around and playing in the trees. Urubamba has a great bakery (ask Lucia for tips). The Incan ruins and local sites are a short drive away. We did a wonderful walk to the Perolniyoc waterfalls and ruins. Highly recommended!

Your little cozy house at the valley

LeticiaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
Eduardo is an excellent host! very helpful with instructions and attentive! The view of the mountains is amazing and it has a huge garden with a patio setting to enjoy! I loved the yoga studio upstairs with a deck to practice outside or also inside! The bed is very comfortable and the shower is strong and Hot! It has a new kitchen with oven that I enjoyed very much! The best part it's that Arin Waterfalls are only 20 minutes walking! Amazing spot to enjoy, meditate and watch the valley from the top! The neighborhood it's very peacefull and people are very kind! I felt safe at all time! I would definitely come back!

Ruth’s place is an oasis in the heart Urubamba. The property is absolutely lovely and being that she and her husband both work in hospitality they know how to spoil their guests. The beds were the BEST we have had in Peru with blankets AND down comforters to ward off the winter chill. Her family is incredibly welcoming and warm and we felt at home instantly. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. About a 10+ Minute walk to the Main Street where there are plenty of food options and close by to the quaint plaza and artisan lined streets. This is the place!

Monona's country house

PatriciaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Waking up to the sound of birdsong, it's the vacation of your dreams. Maria Amparo's house is beautiful, comfortable, and has a very large garden that we enjoyed as a family. The kitchen is well-equipped, the bathrooms spotless. The rooms are spacious, the beds and mattresses are very comfortable. Very easy to get to. I highly recommend it.

Lucho wasn’t just a host, he was our friend. This guy worked night and day to make our excursions happen! Did not expect that for such a cheap price! As well, the macaw that lives at the lodge is quite the character!

PERAYOC Cozy Blue Bungalow in Sacred Valley

SophiaRating, 5 stars42 months ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Juan’s place. The ultra king size bed is the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in. The room looks so much better in person than in pictures and is very private. The garden is beautiful with colorful flowers, birds and a stream. It feels like a sanctuary. Juan was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed in Urubamba. He offered to drive us around the city center to get some delicious bakery and do money exchange. He also offered us snacks and juice when he had some extra. It really felt like staying with a family member. Urubamba is a lovely city. The location makes a one day trip to Machu Picchu so easy. Mario, our driver is also very dependable and drives us anywhere and anytime we wanted for many days. We will definitely be back next time we visit the sacred valley.

5 min to Puerto Maldonado Full Naturaleza Relax.

RoxanneRating, 5 stars70 months ago
When traveling to Puerto Maldonado this is the best place to be! When I arrived I was surprised with how big this place is and how friendly, wonderful and helpful the hosts were :-) The areas to hang out are very relaxing, wifi is available, the pool is beautiful and the jungle animals and plants are all around. The hosts provide all the essentials, a nice clean room, breakfast and dinners for purchase at a really good price. The most memorable part were the hosts humble personalities and the cute monkey they rescued that likes to be around the guests. Definitely the best Air bnb experience I have ever had! I would highly recommend it :-)
