To reach to apartment block quickly, take exit near Watson of Paradigm out and turn right. Block is next to the building. Way better than any units I've stayed at D'esplanade. Lift is quick and not a lot of pple. Owner is super responsive and let us check in 10 mins earlier cos it was available . Would totally stay here again. P.S for others reading this * - no stove. Have filtered water machine. 2 toilets. one in Master , one outside.

we had a very comfortable stay in this airbnb. location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to legoland and Mall of Medini which had good food options and a good supermarket. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for us.

Good location. Just 15 min drive from the custom. There are shops and eateries at walkable distance. The house is clean and children friendly. My children love the books provided in their bedroom. Check-in is simple and convenient with clear instructions from the host. The host is friendly and is always responsive. He gets the house ready early and allows us to check in before 3pm. Overall, a great experience staying here.

Had a wonderful stay in this beautifully maintained Airbnb in JB! The place was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was surprisingly super comfy - I slept like a baby! 😊 The location was incredibly convenient, right beside Aeon Mall, making shopping and dining a breeze. The aircon was nice and cold, water pressure and heater worked great, and the overall amenities were top-notch. The only drawbacks were the slow lift and the warm, poorly ventilated area leading to it, which required tapping in and out with a pass. Still, these minor inconveniences didn't detract too much from my overall happy stay. I'd definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and convenient spot in JB. 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Ching’s place. He is very responsive and assisted in all aspects. We had fun though it was raining for the 1st 2 days. On our 3rd day, we asked for a slight extension for checkout at 1pm and he was flexible. He even helped us to check on the traffic to checkpoints. Greatly appreciate his warm hospitality.

집이 깨끗하고 필요한 집기들이 거의 다 구비되어 있습니다. 세탁기, 건조기, 전자렌지, 밥솥, 빨래 건조대, 청소 도구 등이 다 있어서 오래 머무를 때에도 편안합니다. 호스트 Ian은 친절하고 답변도 빨라요. 체크인 할 때는 로비에 먼저 나와서 맞이해줬습니다. 두 달 동안 불편함 없이 잘 지냈습니다.

The view of the sea (and Singapore) can be seen from both the rooms and the living hall. Very relaxing and peaceful, sitting on the balcony while enjoying the cool but soft breeze from the sea. Nice small cute plants on the balcony too. The bath rooms are spotlessly clean. The unit overall was clean and tidy. There were all the stationaries for a home office too ie. staples, scissors, pen/pencils, etc. Instructions for key pickup and return was clear and easy. Parking is at level 4 and very near to the entrance door to the elevator. Will return to this next time. TQ to Boniface for being a friendly, responsive and accommodating host.

Location is within walking distance to legoland and there is 7-eleven just downstairs. Ecobotanic is just 5 minutes grab ride from the location. But might be far from the usual malls that are nearer to woodlands checkpoint, about 30 to 40 minutes ride away. Can just grab and rest during the ride. Bathroom is fantasic as there is two bathroom with one of it having bathtubs and rainshower and the other have showerheads. So it really cater to people with different bathroom preference. Rooms are big and I like that there are two single beds in one of the room. Living room is okay but there is only a small side table if you want to eat in front of the TV. TV only have netflix and apps but not the usual channel 8 or 5 or CNA. But i think is still okay. Kitchen has kettle and microwave. Have toilet papers. Long towels are provided as well, but i think it is based on the bed sizes, which is 4 of it. But in general, I will book again as the location is ideal for exploring the nearby area.

This was my 2nd visit, the place very good and convenient for family trip to Legoland. 2-5mins walking distance to Legoland and 10-15mins drive bukit indah, eco botanic and horizon hills. Host also fast response when I reported water heater, in 5-10mins then technician had came to fix it.

The location is excellent, very close to Singapore and conveniently accessible to many places. The house was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Excellent accommodation especially those who wanted to travel to Singapore else well with the excellent location located nearby the JB CIQ centre and it is also a shopping mall. The apartment is extremely clean & comfortable to stay. Besides, the owner is very friendly and kind to provide us advice and tips on our trip which give us a big help in avoiding some unnecessary problems and also offer us for a ride to the station when we check out. He is also be very patient in waiting for us to reach his house to pass us the keys even though we are late due to the traffic on the road.
