We had a 4D3N stay. Apartment is located near KSL mall, there are many restaurants nearby. The space was clean and neat, except that the living room is very small. If you are looking for a place to rest and shower, then this is the right choice. Host is responsive. If you have any doubts , feel free to drop him a message. Overall, I have a great stay.

Our stay at this homestay was wonderful. It truly felt just like home. The place was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the sky garden, which had great facilities like a gym room, kids’ playground, swimming pool, and even a snooker room! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Made a last minute booking and owner accepted us with helpful information for us to check in and get into the house. House is clean and have everything that we need during our stays. Would book again if we’re visitting JB in future.

really loved the aesthetic design, all the furnishings were well curated to the wood/beige theme. pity the water machine didnt work well. the next morning, no water dispensed out even though power was on. the bed was very comfortable. 5min drive to ksl. the swimming pool floor had a separate jacuzzi pool but i didnt know how to turn on the jacuzzi, cant find the button , and no signage at level 53 how to use it.

The place was clean and neat. The check in was easy and fuss free. There was a video on how to get to the place and get the key card. Just follow the instructions and got to the place. My kids and parents loved the place. Only complaint was that as there were 7 of us staying there for 4 days, there was not enough trash bags and toilet paper to use. The owner also provided another key card as there were so many of us. Apart from that, the whole experience was an enjoyable one and my kids would like to come again.

Pleasant stay at Stayrene’s place. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-maintained — it truly felt like a home away from home. They thoughtfully provided all the amenities you could need, making the stay comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent too. It’s within walking distance from the JB customs, carpark is provided if you are driving. The convenience store right next to the condo was a great bonus. Highly recommended!

Overall it was a great location to stay and relatively peaceful except for the mornings when the construction for RTS train line commences at 8am. The overhead bridge that connects from CIQ to R&F Mall is generally a long 10min to 15min sheltered walk. Only key inconvenience is the temporary "decoupled" bridge that cuts under the future RTS train bridge requires you to go down a long flight of stairs up and down (2 storeys high) to reach either ends - more inconvenient for those carrying heavy or big luggage bags which happened to us 🫣🫩😰. Stay within Phase 1 building, the benefit is we are right above the mall. So walk to food and grocery (Jaya Grocer) is short. Since the mall is quite unoccupied with very few tenants / retail outlets, we can walk to City Square or Komtar easily for shopping options. Not too far walking distance to Jalan Dhoby for cafes and Hiap Joo banana cake shop for your F&B indulgence.

Amazing stay as it was conducive and clean! Hoster was also responsive and gave clear instructions.

The check in instructions (step-by-step given) were clear and easy to understand, accommodation/utilities is as advertised, near to popular places such as AEON Mall which is huge with lots of stores. Aircon was cold, however fridge motor was slightly noisy during the night. Cleanliness 10/10. It was great that host provided bowls and cutleries, which was a good use for ordering food in. Calling Grab transport / food and Food Panda was also easy, just that need to collect from lobby / be at lobby. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a short vacation as it is affordable and accurately described in the listing. Overall: 9/10

Provide snacks and coffee like hotel. Kitchen & room is very clean and felt like my home. Great for big family and friends gatherings. Will visit again with my cousins again

I'm super glad we found ur place n will certainly recommend this home to those visiting JB n looking for a large house to accommodate their large number of guests. Great value for money, great food nearby, n lots of local vibes like night market to look forward to. The biggest highlight for me personally was that the house had practically EVERYTHING a large group needed to keep themselves occupied. The care taken by the hosts and the attention to detail, putting themselves in guests shoes was really, next level. Cannot ask for anything more honestly. Anyone, who leaves a negative review or anything lesser then 5 stars, clearly is a rather fussy person and better off booking a hotel instead of an airbnb. The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.
