like this unit with nice cooling balconey facing the pool. everything was clean and neat. appreciate the glass partition in the toilet to prevent water splashing everywhere.

room was clean and exactly as the photos. the projector was a huge plus. nice and plush bedding too. location wise was a 5-10min grab ride to AEON and toppen mall, and had lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Ding Siew was so kind to offer late check out which was great to catch up on sleep which was much needed. definitely would reccomend to other guests!

Though the condominium maybe a bit old, the unit is clean & nice. Very accessible and within walking distance to F&B, activities, shiba cafe, chill & chow cafe etc.

I’ve stayed in all 5 of this host’s units, and every single one was a great experience. Each place has its own unique theme and design, which makes it fun and different every time. Whenever friends or family come to visit, I always help them book a stay here. The beds and all the amenities are super comfortable—everyone always wakes up feeling refreshed and full of energy. Definitely will come book this place agian for our next visit!

A perfect and chill environment for visitors who are visiting around JB. Amenities were adequate and accurately stated in their listing. TV has Netflix available. And, the balcony bathtub was the best feature, offering a lake view of the Sungei Tebrau River. The room is pretty decent, has a very soft queen-sized bed. Although location is quite deep into Jalan Bayu Puteri area, Grab rides were easy to call for. Some areas to be improved are to clean out the dust and dirt from the ambient lights’ ledge beneath the TV as dust were collecting there. And, maybe a rolling curtain blind can be included to block out light and creating a darker environment to sleep in as doors are all glass. Another area is to perhaps increase the pressure of the shower head of the outdoor bathtub as I feel the pressure was too low. Overall, a very good stay. The building used to be a hotel I believe but now used for residences and Airbnbs.

We had a great one-night stay! The apartment is small but sufficient for a family of four. The location is excellent, with shopping malls nearby, and our kids loved the easy access to the playground and swimming pool. The area is quiet, and the host thoughtfully provides toiletries. A comfortable and convenient stay!

The place was homely and comfortable. The area was near to many restaurants and very accessible to all parts of Mount Austin. Would definitely stay again when staying at mount austin.

Had a great stay. There are many things to do in the neighbourhood and the beds were really comfortable so I could rest well. Host gave really clear instructions so everything went smoothly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay with family and friends.

Preferably a better bed & towels , overall still ok. Aircon was great and strong. Location 👌🏻

Host is very helpful and responsive to my queries. Instructions given were very clear and we have no problem checking in and finding the unit. The place is very spacious for my big family. It's free of clutter and the furnishing is neat and tidy. I will sure book this place again for our next trip.

Great deal for this amazing room

The apartment looked like the picture. I love the views when i wake up in the morning. everything was available, except for toothbrush and toothpaste. Did not have time to use the gym but it’s very well-equipped. The team was also responsive when I needed help with the shower at 1am. It was a little confusing at first but after clarifying, it was ok. Thank you!

Nice space and the check in was seamless. The host was quick to answer all my queries. The only inconvenience is I am not near that near any shopping mall within walking distance and I have to go down to pick up my delivery. Otherwise, everything is great!

I had a really lovely and comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The space was spotless—very clean, neat, and well-organized, which made it feel welcoming and easy to settle into right away. It’s also a very peaceful location, perfect for unwinding and enjoying some quiet time. One of the highlights was definitely the view—it was beautiful and added to the relaxing atmosphere. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance, so finding a good meal or a cosy spot for coffee was always convenient. The area felt lively yet not overcrowded, which was a great balance. All the facilities and amenities were in excellent working condition, which I really appreciated—everything functioned as it should, which isn’t always the case in every stay. From the shower to the appliances, everything was smooth and hassle-free, adding to the overall comfort. The host was also friendly and approachable. Will definitely return again!

Best host ever, Some hiccups but the host took time to call me to assure us she is gonna fix the problem. She even refunded us for the first day stay and 20% off for our next booking with her. She handled the situation swiftly. And not forgetting we checked in after midnight and she was able to reply and call me to explain and apologise soo many times. Such a nice caring person. Highly recommend. Apartment was super nice view. Very cosy. Only had to wait for the lift. Took forever. But it’s normal. Thank you Host;)🥰😍😍

Was overall a great stay for us, place was big and could accommodate many with the pull out sofa bed and extra mattress, our 4 year old kid loved the slide and the play kitchen. However just to note : The toys were more suitable for babies / were somewhat old. Nook was extremely responsive and helpful as well, and helped as much as possible including allowing us at 1.30pm check-in because we came into Malaysia early. Thank you so much for accommodating! We appreciate it a lot. We also loved the pool at level 22 as well. Will definitely love to come back! Only one point to improve: Place was a little dusty when we came. Other than that definitely worthy of a 5 star!
