Beautiful and comfortable villa situated on a secure, private estate just minutes from the airport. Very friendly, helpful and responsive hosts, cannot recommended them highly enough. An overnight storm caused an issue with the pool and the electric gates, within minutes of making the hosts aware it was being dealt with and the hosts even sent us a delivery of donuts for the inconvenience! So thoughtful and a lovely touch.

A modern spa area is highlighted by a wooden hot tub and a glass-enclosed shower. The walls feature a sleek marble design, and warm lighting creates a soothing atmosphere. A wellness message is illuminated on the wall, adding a calming touch to the space.

Un grand merci à Mr Mimoun et toute son équipe pour ce magnifique séjour. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Je recommande vivement cette villa en famille. Les points forts : Salle de sport / jacuzzi / piscine chauffer. Les points faibles : séjours trop courts pour nous 😂 Je reviendrai certainement pour mon prochain voyage à Marrakech.

This villa is a dream!!! Its spacious, clean and admirable villa with amazing small details. Big pool to swim and a space to do eat next to it. Oumaima was a wonderful host with amazing communication. She even helped me to set up a surprise birthday table for my mother birthday with decoration. The rooms are clean and tidy. You have all supplies available in the kitchen. Private parking for your car. So much security and privacy. Best bargain. The small shops are near the villa no need to drive. You will love to stay in this villa. We missed it when we left from this place. Once again thank you oumaima for everything. You are the best!!

Fantastic stay, please note for future travel, address copied from clipboard is different to the actual address so be aware when marking into maps for navigation. Lovely villa, secure and peaceful. Large, tidy, clean space, beautiful bedrooms and communal area with great balcony. 25 -30 min drive from city centre. Best cappuccino I ever had from a place called cappuccino not far from centre. Maryam was a great responder, late at night, early in morning and has great connections / referrals. Great weekend

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cette magnifique villa. La villa est magnifique avec une décoration soignée et une ambiance très agréable. Les hôtes ont été extrêmement sympathiques et réactifs, répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions. Le gardien nous a accueillis chaleureusement et s’est montré très compréhensif tout au long de notre séjour. nous avons été bien accueillis par Youness qui nous a présenté le Ryad du RDC à la terrasse qui est au 4e niveau. Logement spacieux dans une très grande résidence sécurisée et calme. Des restaurants accessibles pour une grande famille comme la nôtre (nous étions 8), des épiceries, avec droguerie et fruits et légumes. Il est possible d'aller à pied à la Bahia, à la place (environ 26 mn), à la Koutoubia ou encore au jardin Majorelle (39 mn).

nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à la villa Bohême. Rabia est une hote disponible et attentionnée. merci à Rachid pour son assistance durant notre séjour et à Fatima. la villa est magnifique, la décoration très belle, tout est super bien équipé. prévoir de se déplacer en taxi simplement :) nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Villa Atlas Farm is in a very peaceful setting with loads of space for our children to run around. The hosts could not have been more helpful, they were fantastic. There is a lovely man Hicham who cleans the pool each day, very friendly with the kids and was on hand for anything we needed - but respected our privacy. He bought us a tray of eggs from the chickens which we really enjoyed eating. The property is about 40 minutes away from Central Marrakech, so be prepared to drive everywhere you need to go, but it was lovely being in the peace and quiet, with views of the Atlas Mountains. Our kids (5 & 7) loved the pool, trampoline, football goals and space to explore. The hammock is lovely to relax. Very relaxing week if you're looking to disconnect and chill. We really enjoyed Oasisiria Water Park was a big hit for our children, as was exploring the souls and we found plenty of family friendly places to eat. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I highly recommend this airbnb, the place is so beautiful and clean with so many amenities. Along with that Jaber is an amazing and responsive host, he helped since the moment we had arrived even with issues unrelated to our stay. The location was great too only a 10 min drive from everything and it is even possible to walk to many places. Overall this stay was incredible!

De villa was uitmuntend precies zoals op de foto en zelfs beter in het echt. Ik heb met mijn gezin genoten van alle luxe. Zwembad was lekker warm en jacuzzi ook. De omgeving met atlas gebergte op de achtergrond niet te omschrijven prachtig.. De kok aicha maakte ook heerlijke gerechten van ontbijt lunch en avond eten. Ik vond het jammer dat we weer naar huis moesten want egt een oase van rust en heerlijk genoten..
