Amazing House with a stunning view

My stay at this Airbnb in Koh Phangan was simply outstanding. The views were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the sight of the jungle and the ocean directly from the bedroom and enjoying breakfast with such a stunning backdrop was unforgettable. The connection to nature was something truly special; the peace and quiet, without any noise from nearby houses or neighbors, made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The host, Josh, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. He checked in to see if we needed anything, offered fresh towels and linens, and even assisted us with transportation. Josh personally took us to the scooter rental and picked us up afterward, making the whole process very easy and convenient. He also organized a reliable taxi transfer to the pier, which I highly recommend to avoid dealing with the usual taxi hassle on the island. Overall, I can totally recommend this Airbnb.

Location is perfect! Host is very responsive. Amenities, doors ,chairs,couch, outdoor neighbour privacy can be maintained better. Bed is comfortable. AC in bedroom was great We had a really relaxing stay on the beach. The location is again amazing. Walking distance to breakfast and dinner, massages and if you rent transportation easy to assess the whole island. But again location…That what you are paying for. Will recommend and visit again. We had such a lovely stay at Jeffrie's Villa! Just a 5-minute drive from Fisherman’s Village and within walking distance of a few great local restaurants, however like a lot of Thailand, the walkways aren't the easiest to get around. The location was convenient without being too busy. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the complex was lively, we weren’t disturbed by any noise, and it still felt peaceful and relaxing. The kids especially loved the large pool and water slides! Jeffrie himself was a great host. On hand for both check-in and check-out, and always quick to respond to any questions we had, including lots of recommendations to do in the area. While the villa isn’t quite beachfront, it’s only a short 10-minute walk down to the sand through the complex. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a well-located, comfortable and amazing value stay in Koh Samui!

We recently stayed here for a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Marysol was helpful, friendly and very quick to respond to any queries. The house is lovely and very clean with a great study that we used to work in. Location is good with restaurants and shops walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if returning to Koh Phangan!

This apartment in Koh Samui is perfect for a short stay! It's conveniently located close to the airport while still being part of a vibrant neighborhood full of amenities. Situated above a restaurant, it has its own unique charm and offers a lovely view of the jetty. I loved walking downstairs to grab fresh flowers and coffee with pastries for breakfast. Sitting outside on the patio, watching the planes arrive, was a highlight of my mornings. While it can get a bit noisy with the planes and street activity, this adds to the lively energy of the neighborhood, keeping you close to town and activities. The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary essentials for a comfortable stay. Overall, it’s a great spot for those looking to enjoy Koh Samui’s vibrant atmosphere!

For a very pleasant stay in Koh Samui, this is the place to be with our hosts Suwamin and Philipp. From check-in to check-out, they are very responsive to make sure you have a very pleasant stay!!!! Ask Philipp what you want and you will always have an immediate answer!!!! Very professional!!!! Very spacious accommodation with a very large covered terrace (very appreciable for those long Monsoon rainy days!!!) in a quiet setting with very lush vegetation and not overlooked with an exceptional view from your bed of the splendid sunrises over the sea!!!!!! For nature lovers, I recommend it 100%!!!!

We had a great time in Karla's large apartment. The space is really nice, with two very convenient bathrooms for a stay with others, and a modern and well-equipped kitchen. Communication with Karla was smooth and pleasant throughout the stay, which greatly facilitated our arrival and departure. Another big plus: the residence has a swimming pool and gym, ideal for relaxing or staying active during the holidays. A great place to remember!

Our stay from start to finish was amazing. From the moment we checked in we couldn’t believe the view. The hotel was so helpful and having access to the amenities was great. Nan our maid was lovely and the communication and recommendations from Christian made our stay just perfect. We didn’t want to leave ! This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in Thailand! The beachfront house is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views. It’s super spacious, really well-equipped, and spotless. Even though the area is quite busy, you don’t feel any of the chaos while you’re there. The hosts are so friendly and always quick to respond. I had the most amazing time and would definitely love to come back 💗

Fantastic apartment with all the amenities you could wish for. There is even a washing machine which is not mentioned (I believe) in the Airbnb description. Superb views of the ocean and Koh Phangan. Walking distance to some nice restaurants and eateries. Watch-out: the street to the apartment is quite steep, and there is sometimes a stray dog that is quite aggressive. Better to have a rental car and / or scooter. Communication with Jordi was not great, was not super responsive unfortunately. But overall highly recommended as the apartment and pool are amazing.

Words cannot even describe the amazing time that we've had here at this Airbnb. This villa is stunning!! It is absolutely huge and words cannot describe it to be honest. Mel's attention to detail is endless. She has thought of things that you yourself don't even think you need! It’s the little things that truly made a difference. We have never been to any accommodation anywhere in the world that has truly had this level of attention ….from the décor to the thoughtful amenities. We even received a lovely welcome basket on arrival which included a bottle of wine, beers, biscuits, chocolates and more! With most Airbnb’s, you end up having to purchase some basics but not here. It’s all laid out for your use. Oh, did we mention the amazing sunsets from the huge deck!! Our only grudge ….. we only had three days in this lovely Villa. Thank you Mel. We could not have asked for a better host and we will be back!

We stayed four weeks at Lauren’s place and we were sad to leave. The flat is exactly as it looks in the photos: clean, spacious, and with a well-equipped kitchen. Both the bed and the sofa were both huge and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic. There are two washing machines in the complex, but we did our laundry at a place two minutes down the lane where the shopkeeper always had 10-baht coins in change. It takes about 30 mins to walk to Chaweng Beach. Initially, we were disappointed that the beach was further than we anticipated. But in the end we saw this as a positive: the neighbourhood is quiet, but still close to restaurants and a good supermarket. It’s also in the middle of a local residential neighbourhood, which we appreciated as much of Chaweng is relentless resorts. To go further, we used Grab. (note that taxis are relatively expensive in Samui). Do pack an HDMI cable as the TV in the flat isn’t a smart TV. Overall, great value for money in this price range.

Brian is an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He arranged our pickup from Nathon Pier (since we took the ferry from Krabi) and can also help organize a motorbike, which we’d highly recommend for getting around (the hill is steep, but the location is worth it!). His guestbook is full of great recommendations, and his hospitality made our stay seamless. The condo itself is stunning, with unbeatable ocean and cliff views from the balcony—waking up to that scenery felt surreal! It’s also super spacious, clean, and just 2 minutes from Bo Phut Temple and 13 minutes from Fisherman’s Village (which we visited often). The pool area is lovely, and the whole place has a peaceful, luxurious vibe. We wish we could give 10 stars—for the price this was one of our favorite stays in Thailand, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Brian, for an unforgettable experience!

We stayed at this apartment for three weeks and had a great experience. The location is excellent—close to Fisherman’s Village, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and the beach. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, with a nice balcony overlooking the pool, which was a great spot to relax. Overall, a comfortable stay with a great location and good amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Very good place for a family to stay. We felt there like at home, very cute and cozy apartment, with everything what you need and little touches to make it feel like home and enjoy it . We had little issues during our stay but host was very responsive, helpful and respectful and everything was super quickly done. We can 100% recommend this place! Thank you!
