With over 200 feet of private river frontage, a private island accessed by swing bridge you can explore the natural beauty of the famous Flint River, fishing, kayaking and much more. We have kayaks available for your use. We are a dog friendly with $150 pet fee.

Come relax in our historic Southern home. Wysteria Way was the original Country Club of Thomaston Ga. built in 1922 and converted into a beautiful private home in the 1940’s. Step back in time in our gorgeous unique estate. The Protea King Room is 1 of 2 available bedrooms I book one room at a tme unless you want to book 2nd room yourself. It is peaceful and serene. Enjoy our spacious porch, indoor and outdoor dining areas, nice size lounge, luscious gardens and personal tea and coffee bar.

Grandaddy’s house is on approximately 4 acres of land providing comfort along with peace and quiet. Only 2.5 miles from downtown Warm Springs. Our home is a quarter mile from a railroad crossing (and this is a community built around the railroad) so you may hear trains going by. Most people find it charming, quaint and pretty typical of a small town. Kids love it. The Pond House is a ranch style home built in the 80’s. It’s located on 30 acres of wooded land overlooking a small pond. Very quiet and secluded environment. We are the closest neighbors on the other side of the pond, available if needed. Our extended family enjoys using the home. We look forward to others enjoying this warm and welcome home. No parties or gatherings. 6 guests ONLY, including children. 2 vehicles only, NO TRAILERS, alternative parking can be pre-arranged

Glamping on the farm!! In our fully stocked 26 foot camper. It has queen memory foam mattress and there is a door to separate the bedroom from the main kitchen area and bathroom for some added privacy. The bedroom also has a private door to outside. Outside you will find a picnic table, and grill, fire-pit and plenty of space for activities. There are 2 flatscreen tv’s, one that is in the livingroom/kitchen area with a fold out couch and the other in master bedroom.

Located 1 mile from downtown Thomaston, this private upstairs 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment is perfectly suited for a business trip or a weekend getaway. With private access and plenty of parking, Nana's Retreat is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. There is a small kitchenette complete with refrigerator, microwave, stove oven, sink, and Keurig coffeemaker. There is also pool access with 3 lounge chairs and floats available.

The Hardaway Cottage - An Art Deco Gathering Place

The historic Hardaway Cottage is a very special place. It was built in 1933 on the grounds of the Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute for Rehabilitation within walking distance of Roosevelt's Little White House. This park like property is bordered in the back by the FDR state park. You are two minutes from downtown Warm Springs, but given total privacy on this unique property that is ADA compliant on the first floor of the home.

Kick back and relax in this adorable little cabin that is tucked up to one of our animal pastures. It comes fully furnished with a pullout queen sofa, bed with linens provided along with a full bathroom and shower. It has an efficiency kitchen with refrigerator freezer, microwave, single burner, Keurig coffee maker, or better yet, you can grill on your own private patio that is covered while watching the gorgeous sunsets.
