The villa is located in Patong area, directly opposite Patong Beach, 5 minutes walk to 7-11, restaurants; 5 minutes to Jungceylon Shopping Mall by motorbike or dudu car, 8 minutes to Patong Beach or bangla bar street, the villa has three floors, totaling about 750 square meters, the whole house is Italian imported furniture, four bedrooms (all beds are king size), 3 bathrooms and 1 washroom, 3 balconies plus 1 entertainment room (2 arcade machines + 1 foosball table), 12m x 3 swimming pool, electric entrance door, garden landscape, cascade fountain landscape, electric rain canopy throughout the house, living room with 85" curved LCD TV, 85" LCD TV in the bedroom near the pool; fully equipped kitchen, open flame stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, double door refrigerator, everything you need. The villa has a private garden parking space, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi; the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a separate balcony; there is also a 20 sqm balcony with sea views. The villa provides disposable slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, shower gels, shampo, free snacks, cupcakes, mineral water, coffee, tea on the day of check-in; cleaned every two days (excluding changing bed sheets), bath towels are changed during cleaning.

There is a security deposit of 12,000 THB for staying at the villa, 2 units of electricity are complimentary at the villa and 240 THB per additional unit (one unit of electricity in the community is equivalent to 40 units of ordinary electricity). No noisy parties in the villa.
