The villa is located in Patong District, facing Patong Beach. 5 minutes walk to 7-11, restaurants; 5 minutes by motorcycle or dudu car to Jungceylon Mall, 8 minutes to Patong Beach or Bangla Bar Street. The villa has a total of three floors, about 750 square meters in total, all Italian imported furniture, four bedrooms (all beds are king size), three bathrooms and one toilet, three balconies plus a recreation room (two arcade machines + one table football), 12m * 3 swimming pool, electric entrance door, sea view and garden view, stepped fountain view, electric rain canopy throughout the house, living room with 85-inch curved LCD TV, bedroom near the pool with 85-inch LCD TV; fully equipped kitchen with open fire stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, double door refrigerator, everything you need.The villa has a private parking space in the garden, two bedrooms with separate bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub; the other two bedrooms share a bathroom, a separate balcony; and a 20 sqm balcony with sea view. The villa offers disposable slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, shower gels, shampoos, free snacks on the day of check-in, small cakes, mineral water, coffee, tea; cleaning every two days (change of bed sheets is not included), bath towels are changed when cleaning.

It has the largest land and living space among single-family villas. The more open space will provide you with a better and more comfortable holiday environment. The villa is in a prime location. If need help booking, please make an appointment in advance. We will help you arrange a taxi. The driver will greet your name at the airport, so that you can arrive at the villa smoothly as soon as possible. During the stay, no cleaning service is provided within 7 days. Every 7 days, we provide you with a free cleaning, including changing bed sheets and bath towels. We have two identical villas.
