The apartment is well decorated and newly renovated. It offers good parking availability and is located within walking distance of the town centre. If you are travelling with children there is a very nice park on the road to make use of. We enjoyed our time here and hope to book again

Yazan was very respectful, responsive and he was very flexible. the place was spotless had everything we needed overall 10/10 stay.

Хозяева всегда были на связи и оперативно реагировали на наши вопросы. Правда есть два момента, на которые стоит обратить внимание: 1. это доступ на парковку. Каждый раз, въезжая на парковку, нам приходилось звонить хозяевам, чтобы они открыли нам шлагбаум. 2. семьям с маленькими детьми стоит обратить внимание, что не все двери на балкон закрываются на замок. В целом, мы очень довольны, жилье однозначно стоит своих денег.

Un magnífico apartamento para disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia. Está situado en un elegante complejo turístico con vistas a una gran piscina, impecable. Las instalaciones cuentan con puerto deportivo y playa privada. Hay también un club. El apartamento es amplio, situado en un segundo piso. Una amplia habitación principal con baño., otra con cuatro camas, y un pequeño cuarto de servicio con su aseo. Está decorado con mucha personalidad, como la residencia de la playa de una familia, con infinidad de pequeños detalles.

Actually this was the best decision I made for our stay in Aqaba. The place offers quiet atmosphere, privacy and many options! The location is perfect for those who have a car, specially if you want to go to the center of the city (almost 10-15 mins away). Otherwise, if you’re searching for a stay to disconnect and feel free to do whatever you want then this is the best choice! Hosts were really friendly and offered everything needed for the stay. Highly Recommended!

We really enjoyed Najim’s apartment. It is just as the pictures show and very welcoming. The private beach has chairs and umbrellas but you might want to bring your own beach towels so you don’t have to use the bath towels as beach towels are not provided. The apartment is also next to B12 beach if you prefer that kind of beach experience. Because you are in Ayla, you can easily walk, or rent a scooter, and get around within Ayla. We would definitely stay again for a great little getaway!

Really nice spot! Apartment was clean, cozy and stocked well with working appliances! Check in was unfortunate as we arrived at a different apartment than we had booked. Called Adnan and he told us he thought we wanted a different one and the apt we wanted was booked. We didn't have a choice so moved to the other apt after cleaning the next day. It was unfortunate and made the vacation much less restful. However both apartments were very comfortable and stocked and Adnan and his manager were very responsive. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends. Just be sure to communicate that you want the apartment that you booked.
