Vacation rentals with a patio in Takura

Ali was super flexible and responsive when we had to change our plans last minute which I really appreciated! The place had a wonderful balcony overlooking the road and trees. It was situated close to restaurants, cafes and across the street from the beach walk. My son got sick so I wasn’t real attentive to other things.

We had such a lovely time during our stay. The beds were so comfy! The apartment was nice and clean. The hosts were amazing and accommodated an early check in for us. We loved the welcome basket of goodies. We had would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was in an ideal location with easy access to restaurants, cafes and local areas of interest.

The house is really luxurious and clean, however the best part is that the beach is directly across the road! We went to the beach every morning and afternoon and went back to the house in between for lunch and it was perfect. It’s walking distance to the pier, and a short drive to the esplanade shops. The outdoor shower and tap was very helpful. We were a group of 6 and it comfortably fit all of us and two cars. Would be a very great house for families with children as there is a small play space provided. Our stay was enjoyable and we all said we’d return again!

This accommodation is right in the middle of town but in a very quiet spot behind and above some shops. Minimal traffic noise but close walking distance to great coffee and several pubs and the RSL. So, easy to walk for a meal. The bedrooms are large. Kitchen clean and well appointed. Bathrooms also clean and well appointed. It has one separate bathroom with shower and two basins and a separate toilet. Then one of the double bed rooms has a small but adequate en-suite. The dining and lounge area is very large and spacious. There are split system airconditioners in the main lounge/dining room and in each bedroom. Also ceiling fans. The aircon works well. There’s a great washing machine, dryer and drying rack plus ironing board and iron - all in a separate room. This place is spacious. The beds are just ok. If I had any complaint I would say it’s the beds which are soft and bouncy and could all be replaced for a substantially more comfortable sleep. We stayed here for 10+ days

Leanne has done a wonderful job creating a beautifully co-ordinated, calming beachy interior. The apartment was easy to find, self check-in was simple as can be. Leanne was friendly and great at responding to queries . There were lovely, thoughtful touches such as a bottle of bubbles in the fridge, a packet of Tim Tams and enough milk for our morning coffee (from the pod machine - plenty of pods provided). Lovely spot to stay, right across the road from the beach. If you're visiting Hervey Bay, I can wholeheartedly recommend Leanne's apartment. I hope to return next year to see the whales and would love to stay at Leanne's place again.

Monique was the perfect super host, very responsive, helpful and extremely easy to deal with. The unit was lovely, quiet and tucked out of the way from passers by. A three minute stroll to the esplanade, beach, cafes and restaurants. I highly recommend this stay.

This place was a most fantastic find.. with the most accomodating hosts .. fresh and cozy and comfortable and straight across the road from a very Shelly Beach where we got to watch turtles bobbing around , early morning dips in the bay and afternoon sunset walks ..Fabulous location, super clean and fresh and love the eclectic style.. thank you so much for sharing this gorgeous little gem with us - we found the perfect place for future stays!

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Beloved mid-century style interior, new kitchen appliances, and a nice pool. Definitely worth a second visit!

Loved the feel of the home, was very comfortable for oir 3 night stay. Perfect for our dogs as we could pop them in the dog run when we were out and about, and let them wander around while we were at the house. House had all of the essentials we needed 😊

Great spot with quick access to the beach. Very safe and secure yard for our children. Pam was an incredible host and so generous to our family. If you’re visiting from outside of Queensland it’s a great opportunity to stay in a traditional and culturally significant style of home called a “Queenslander”.

Our stay at Kelly's place was a wonderful experience from begining to end. The Easter Decor was just beautifully placed and the treats she left for us were greatly appreciated after a long trip and late arrival. We would definitely return to Kelly's place if we venture that way again. I could not recommend it more. This was our 1st Airbnb and the standards have been set very high for our next 1. Thank you for everything Kelly & I'll be sharing our stay with many people up your way that I know will want to stay here 10/10

We were delighted by the thoughtfulness of the hosts and the effort they had made to make our stay memorable. Stunning detail to feeling welcome and all the amenities were so well appointed. We wished we could stay longer and highly recommend this place

Gayle is a very friendly, approachable host. Her unit is in a great location close to everything, including restaurants and some picturesque walks. We had spectacular views of the Great Sandy Straits from her balcony. The unit was very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, a large spa bath and contained everything we needed. Gayle’s unit was directly near the lifts that took you to the Ground floor which contained all the facilities such as pools, restaurants, spa and hair dressers. Furthermore we had access to the gym and plenty of parking on the basement level. We would certainly recommend staying at Gayle’s unit. We will be back.

Thank you so much we had a lovely stay. The top terrace just takes the place from woah to wow. Yvonne and Nicole were awesome so responsive and fixed anything we needed quickly and expertly. The location is magic, swim just outside either pool or beach, a flat easy walk to town. Great all round
