I absolutely fell in love with this place. Junko was an incredibly kind and thoughtful host—she picked us up from the station when we arrived and even saw us off when we left. Staying here felt like living in the Japanese countryside in the most peaceful and poetic way. The home was beautiful, and Junko had prepared so many thoughtful recommendations and plans for us to enjoy during our stay such as walk routes, bike routes. Highly, highly recommend!

The location is great (literally a 2 minutes walk from Fushimi Inari Shrine), the host is very helpful with both accomodation's questions and other informations and always replied very quickly. The place itself is really nice, clean and had all the necessities one might need. Really recommend it!

It was so perfect that there was nothing to complain about! It felt like an Airbnb + business hotel, and the answers to inquiries were very quick and the facilities were also pleasant! There is a washing machine on the first floor, so you have to wash the towels yourself, but there was no inconvenience at all because there is a drying function in the bathroom :) Thank you for your kindness.

By far, the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at since coming to Japan. I have had an Airbnb in Narita, Asakusa, Kyoto and in Akihabara and still, this one takes the cake. Amazing location, super close to the train station, 15min to dotonbori, spa world was on a 5min walk. I simply can’t rave enough about it

The place is great, worth every penny we paid. House we rented was so clean and the neighborhood is fantastic, lots of stores to buy food. Very near to train stations. Host is proactive and responds to inquiries so fast. We love the place and surely will recommend it to friends

We were lucky enough to stay 4 weeks in Yoko's amazing house. Yoko is more of a friend than a host --> hospitable, friendly, responded within 10 mins and even invited us to dinner. The house is absolutely amazing, well equipped, full of Japanese culture elements and comfortable. The house was spotless, very clean and has obviously been given a tremendous amount of love and care. The location is 10mins walk from the subway and only 20 min walk from the fantastic area of Osaka/Umeda stations. Any issue was resolved immediately and we had an amazing stay here. AC's in every room, Japanese bidet, kotatsu which was great for winter, a nice backyard with washing machine, strong pressure shower, and very fast WiFi which made remote working easy. We will be honored to come back and stay longer, thank you for such a good stay :)

Would stay again. Great location easy walk to very useful station for getting around but away from the busy parts of the city. Very safe feel to the community. Near a nice playground. Very clean. Plenty of space. Stairs narrow and shallow so need to be careful with small kids. Shower was unexpectedly good. Hour train ride from Kansas airport with no changes. Five minutes to universal. The image of Osaka is beautifully engraved in my head, and this accommodation will play a role of more than 50%. The Japanese-style tatami structure was really beautiful, and I slept really well. A drink at the sitting table next to the bedroom, breakfast or lunch at the table in front of the TV. I had a leisurely and enjoyable stay in a spacious area! This is an accommodation I want to visit again if I come to Osaka next time!

I was able to check the exact location of the accommodation and how to check in through documents and videos. It's very close to the subway or the tour departure point on foot, and I rested comfortably because I couldn't hear the outside noise in the accommodation. However, the bathroom water temperature was suddenly hot or cold, so it was uncomfortable.

We stayed at Icy's house in Kyoto. Icy was very helpful and responsive. The house was as described and was very clean. The area it is located in is very peaceful, which we really liked. It has easy access to two stations on the Keihan line (with an easy change to then reach Kyoto station). There are little shops and restaurants nearby and the various areas of Kyoto are short walk or train ride away. We would definitely consider staying here again, as we would like to return to Kyoto to see more of it.

It was a very comfortable place to stay. The hosts were very friendly and kind, and I was able to stay with peace of mind. There is also a nice hot spring nearby, making it a great place to relax. If I get the chance again, I'd love to use it!

Great stay at this place for our family. Close to two train stations (including loop line) with supermarket, chemist, and food options also nearby. Comfortable beds, handy washing machine and having a kitchen meant we could eat in a few times too. The garage was also handy as we hired a car (also walking distance) at the end of our stay to travel on to our next destination (Shirahama). Would stay here again if in the Osaka area.
