Tourists from all over the world come from Haneda Airport and Narita Airport. There are direct buses to Ikebukuro West Exit, and buses from Ikebukuro West Exit to various parts of Japan. Staying at this hidden gem was an absolute treat. Pati, our wonderful host, made our first trip to Japan unforgettable by offering amazing recommendations for food, shopping, and travel. After much research on where to stay, discovering Koenji and Pati's place felt like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. The location was perfect for us, as we love to walk—stations were easily accessible by foot, and the Koenji shops were just a short stroll away. The space itself was perfect—spacious, full of natural light, with a lovely little balcony. The large dining table and open layout made it feel like a true home away from home. We stayed for 8 nights and it was ideal for a longer stay. Despite the cold weather and snow on the first night, the heating kept us warm and cozy. Hot tip: definitely rent a bike to explore Koenji and Tokyo—it’s a fantastic way to get around. Thank you again, Pati, for your kindness and hospitality. We can’t wait to return to our new favorite place in Tokyo! :)

This is a very spacious two bedroom, 3 bed apartment. There were many appliances available including a microwave, fridge, kettle, and rice cooker. It is very close to a station that can get you to Tokyo, Shibuya, Shinjuku, etc. in a few minutes. Also, it is close to a nice downtown area with lots of food and shopping choices.

Helen and Sozo were great hosts. They checked on us and made all instructions clear. The apartment is clean and quiet. It worked well for our family of 4, 6 might be tight unless you have small children. The location is in a cute neighborhood and was nice to come back to after a busy day in the city. 7-11 and restaurants all close by. Easy walk to JR line or subway. So glad we stayed here!

Host super responsive and easy to deal with. The location was a little out of the way, especially if you have a lot of luggage, but we expected that, however it’s very convenient to get to the subway stations and super quiet area at night. The house itself was spotless and had everything you would need. Pictures are exactly as you will find, lots of space, nice little touches like having umbrellas available. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo.

Staying at Ro's place exceeded my expectations in so many ways. We are a group of 5 (1 adult and 4 seniors) and we find the place comfortable to stay in. The house is about 6 mins walk from Oyama station, 3 stations aways from Ikebukuro, which is accessible to many trains and subways that can take you to different places inside and outside of Tokyo. The house is located near a covered shopping street called Ohyama happy road where many groceries, local stores, and restaurants are located. We felt like a local living in this area. The house is pristine clean, basic necessities were provided, and beds are comfortable to sleep in. The house is exactly what is shown in the listing. The place is easy to locate and they also gave us detailed instructions on how to find the place which we appreciated. Ro and her team responded to my inquries promptly and made sure we had a warm and memorable stay. This is truly a gem in Itabashi. Thank you Ro and JH for hosting us and we will surely be back.

Norio and Kanae were great hosts. The BNB was situated in a perfect location - A quiet suburb that was a short walk away from a subway station, several convenience stores, and a supermarket. The place itself was nice and clean, and the instructions on how to use all the appliances were clear. I couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy my time in Japan with my friends.

The condo was perfect for our 5-day stay, easy to walk to sub-stations and had some markets near by for all the essentials. The in-unit washer and shower/tub clothes drying system were very useful. I would stay again!

The room features two spacious beds positioned side by side, each adorned with decorative pillows. A television stands against the wall, and a small desk is available nearby. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, enhancing the light-colored walls and wood flooring.

This is a such a great place with all the luxury living supplies. The brand new house is quiet, modern and very convenient to get the subway, the convenience store and restaurants as well. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this house to stay!

if i could give 10 stars i would!!! this place was not only accommodating but exactly how the host listed & described it. loved how it was very close to the station and so many food/grocery stores nearby. house was super cute & was easy to navigate. 10/10 would definitely stay here again & recommend!

I was very satisfied. Jiao always responded immediately and was very helpful and extremely friendly. The accommodation is a cozy 10 minutes from Komagome Station, which is on the Yamamoto Line (small note: the Tokyo day pass does not apply to this line). That is, you could reach all the main attractions in a timely manner and were always back at the accommodation quite quickly. The accommodation was quite large by Japanese standards and offered a washing machine and dryer, which I benefited from a lot. Right outside the door there was a Family Mart and on the way to the train station there was a 7-Eleven. I'd definitely stay again.
