The courtyard, warehouse, long hallway, etc. remain old, while the kitchen (simple cooking is available), toilets, bathrooms, and washrooms have been renovated to make it a very clean space. They share a wall with their neighbors so they can feel the sound of life and other touches on each other. That's why parties and banquets are not allowed at night.
