We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Furataka's place! He was always communicative and made sure we felt right at home by checking us in to the house in person. The house itself is a very tasteful old Japanese house with all the amenities you might need, including AC/heating in each of the rooms. Also, you won't be starved for entertainment with Japanese TV and a set of Mahjong to keep you entertained.

The check-in procedure and the procedure for unlocking the front door when you enter and exit took a little time, but otherwise it was very smooth!Thank you very much. The whole place was very clean, and I was very satisfied with the games available! The location was also easy to understand, close to Kuririn Park! I stopped by on my way to the Onamuchi Footpath.Thank you very much.

Jen and Ono’s AirBNB stands out. Not many AirBNBs like this exist any more! Jen was incredibly generous and knowledgeable with her recommendations and insight. It was our third time on Naoshima and we still learned a lot and appreciated some incredible tips. It is a very special place and wonderful experience as an air bnb. Even if it’s a bit further away and takes some time to get there, it’s all worth it. The traditional house has everything you need. And we got excellent dinner and breakfast!! Also it’s just in walking distance for Teshima art museum.

Kureishi is an amazing host. He took very good care of us and has made our stay on Teshima a memorable experience. He waited for us in the port and then made a little tour of the port town from the car. He reserved nice electric bikes for us, even though the bike shop was closed. Then explained to us everything about the island, what to look out for, where to go and not go, which restaurants are open, basically everything we needed to know. In the evening when we officially checked-in he brought us some welcome drinks and snacks and explained everything about the house. The house itself is an old style Japanese house. You sleep in a tatami floor room on a mattress bed. It can get a bit cold, but we had some heaters on which made the rooms warmer. The bathroom features a big cauldron for a special old Japanese bath, but we actually didn't use it. In the morning Kureishi made us an amazing breakfast and afterwards drove to our ferry. Kureishi, you are the best! Dōmo arigatōgozaimasu

This location, location, amenities, and the responsiveness of the Seto house were all good!️ Also, the children were very happy and enjoyed it because of the good location. I stayed with a family of five, but it was just the right size. I look forward to your next visit to Shikoku.😆👍

It was clean and very comfortable. It was very helpful because there was a dryer with children.There was a restaurant close to 8 o'clock for dinner, and I bought food at a convenience store, but there was a kitchen, so I was able to eat Sanuki udon.

This apartment is such a great find: spacious and comfortable, with two good-size beds, a living room, bathroom and kitchenette. The station is very close by, and it's just one stop to the ferry terminal. I found it ideal for busy days seeing the Setouchi Triennale. Close to countless restaurants, yet very quiet. Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. And the price is so reasonable!

It is far from Okayama Station, but it is a quiet place.There is no inconvenience with transportation.The room is fully equipped with everything for your convenience.There is also a rule book in the room, so there is no inconvenience.I want to use it again for my next business trip in Okayama (╹◡╹)

Excellent place to stay. The apartment was extremely clean and everything we needed was provided : iron, detergent, blanket… The apartment is very well equipped and I could feel that a great attention was paid to details, making the stay very comfortable. The apartment is big enough for two people. Nearby at a walking distance you may find the beautiful Ritsurin Garden. Thank you very much !

The place is very cute and comfortable! I received almoat immediate responses from the host every time I had a question or needed assistance. Really great value for money! (I booked another hotel in the city almost 6 months in advance, which was tiny and pricey. So glad I found this Airbnb!!l

Perfect place for a single traveler with a very responsible host!

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is very well presented, clean & has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. We liked the location as it was easy to get to & from with a car & fantastic to have the parking space. It is a 15 minute walk to the edge of the shopping centre where the bars & restaurants are & there are several supermarkets nearby.

The ferry to Naoshima is super convenient and doesn’t require a reservation, making it easy to hop over and back. After a day of exploring, we highly recommend a visit to Setouchi Onsen in Uno—a perfect spot to unwind and relax. The room is clean, spacious, and offers great value for the price. Just a heads-up: cooking facilities aren’t available, and only cups and plates are provided. Overall, an excellent stay and a great base for exploring the area!

Had a great 3 night stay at this Ando-style hotel—spacious, cozy, and incredibly comfortable bedding. Satoru san is very easy to communicate with, speaks fluent English. Would love to come back next time!
