Beautiful industrial loft totaly restaured. Located in our house, the loft is completely private, you share the entrance hall and the backyard with us. The loft features 1 kitchen 1 huge bedroom with a 1m80 width bed and a mezzanine with the sitting-room view. There is a also a cosy reading corner and a beautiful brand new bathroom with an italian shower. 65 square meters in total with air conditioning. Access to the jacuzzi is optional for 20€ bathrobes included.

If the weather is not great, our cottage will be the perfect place to rest in peace in a cozy and soothing cocoon

Le Remedios

Nestled in the heart of the Avesnois grove, Remedios welcomes you in a peaceful setting. It consists of a shower room, and separate toilet on the ground floor. On the ground floor you will find a large living room (equipped with a sofa bed) and a bright equipped kitchen surrounded by two terraces, one of which faces south! A beautiful mezzanine bedroom. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

Located 500 m from the D649 road and at the entrance to the Avesnois Regional Park, the accommodation offers all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. You will be 5 minutes from Maubeuge, 20 minutes from Mons and Valenciennes, 45 minutes from Lille, and 1 hour from Brussels. A parking space is available in front of the property, and there is also the option to store bicycles in our garage.
