El departamento 101 es un increíble lugar, me he hospedado en varios Airbnb en Taiwan, y este por mucho es de los mejores. el espacio es muy grande para realizar actividades de vida cotidiana. El servicio es muy bueno, ofrecen limpieza en la tarifa, también hacer la lavandería es muy facil y accesible. Cerca hay miles de opciones gastronómicas. La estación más cercana está a solo 5 minutos caminando y la seguridad es excelente. Sí Tienes una persona indiscapacitada será un lugar diseñado para ello (muy difícil de encontrar en taipei). Se ofrecen pastas de dientes y cepillos, tv por cable, sala y cama muy cómoda. En todo momento la comunicación fue clara y precisa. muy amables. sin duda regresaremos.

Everything was as pictured. Very convenient, instructions also very clear. It’s always the best being able to cook for yourself at a stay.

in the middle of 2 metro stations very convenient to get to, near laundromats, coffee and breakfast shops around. You pay for what you get, hosts was responsive as well. Checking in and out were hassle free. Showering water pressure was okay just basin water pressure was low. No toilet papers given just tissue papers however did not experience any clogging. Charging ports were quite accessible and quite a few. A lot of amenities can be easily borrowed from the counters. Pleasant stay overall. Special thanks to host for being kind and understanding. Will definitely stay again when there is chance to return!

Good part: 1. Great location with lots of shops and food nearby. 2. 8-10 mins walk from MRT station. 3. Room is spacious enough to fully open a 28" and 20" luggage at the same time. 4. Bed is LARGE! I guess it is a king size mattress. 5. Bathtub is clean. 6. Air ventilation is available in the bathroom. 7. Balcony has great view with mosquitoes net installed. 8. Not much noise and guarantee you can sleep well. Down side: 1. Bathroom has smell if toilet bowl lid is not close. I guess it was due to the flushing issue. 2. Pillows are too soft for both of us. 3. There will be some noise from the fridge every few hours and last for about 10 min. My husband did not noticed it but for light sleeper like me will waken up by the noise.

This is my second time staying at Ray and Vicky's place in Linkou. The check-in process was simple to follow. The place is clean and tidy, and it has everything you need to live comfortably. The location is very convenient for transportation - just steps away from both the MRT and bus. Hosts Ray and Vicky are super friendly, responsive and helpful. Even people in the building (e.g. doormen, concierge, etc.) are courteous. I feel safe to live here alone as a solo female traveller. Will definitely come back again next time!

我和家人在民宿過了一個愉快的旅程，民宿地點方便，距離捷運站只是幾分鐘的路程，去那裡都方便。民宿地方大而且乾淨，洗衣機，微波爐，焗爐，餐具都一應俱全。我們旅程的其中一間餐廳要有台灣電話號碼才可以booking, 拜託 Frank 代幫忙預約，他亦樂意幫忙，而且回覆時間亦快，下次再去台北一定會再入住。

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir logé chez Leon, l’appartement est très fonctionnel, propre et parfait pour découvrir Taipei. Nous avons adoré le quartier, l’ambiance, les restaurants et les lieux à visiter à proximité. Leon a été très réactif pour répondre à nos questions et les instructions étaient parfaitement claires. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

The room was bright and spotless, and despite being near a busy intersection, the surrounding area was very quiet at night. I don't remember how many times I stayed with Kiki's properties and it's always a pleasure and satisfying experience. Everything is good and as described. Really nice room to stay and lovely space around. I'll always trust Kiki's listings. A true professional properties management team. Highly recommended!

I was very happy with the room. It's spacious and virtually everything seems new. I did not realize that the kitchen was in a common area, but I did not cook so that was not an issue. It is also a very good value. The washing machine was a nice amenity. I did not realize until the last day that there was actually a dryer in the hallway outside of the front door to the apartment. My only minor complaint was with the check in. The number on the front door is 106, not 108, Yitong St. Plus, many of the street signs and storefronts have been redesigned, so that they no longer look like the pictures that were sent from the Airbnb host. Finally, be aware that you turn off a larger St. called Yitong Street into an alley which is also called Yitong Street. This was all a bit confusing at night and in the rain. Once I found the front door, the rest of the check-in procedure was quite straightforward.
