Got everything you need in the house, nice and clean, air con and heater in every room. Host is so nice. He helped us to call taxi in the last day. Definitely good place to stay for big group of family.

Beautiful house located in a cozy town with mounds of snow! Highly recommend for big groups looking for a nice weekend retreat. We had so much fun cooking together and enjoying the local onsen.

Recommended place to stay, the host always responds quickly and promptly to questions, the place to stay is also great, the accommodation is a single-family building, the facilities are very new and used, and it feels like a local family life.

Pros: nice and clean log cabin, with plenty of space and beds, working utilities (water, heater, showers), good value, host was helpful and stayed 45 minutes past checkout time to accommodate us, guided us back to our exact location from the office Cons: difficult to find the management office, the place is out of the way, while the host is very very nice, he was slow to respond as he does so through email.

We were not going to make it to the accommodation until later in the evening. We let the host know and they were very responsive and understanding. Given the directions from the host and using Google maps, it was very easy to find even in the dark. The house was very clean and seemed to be recently updated. Western toilet and in ground bathtub were a plus. We didn't stay long but we definitely enjoyed it!

I stayed while skiing at Zao Onsen Ski Resort. There is a mountain road along the way, so you need to be used to driving on snowy roads, but it was a good access for about 30 minutes by car. It was the timing after a lot of snow in January, so the premises was silver-world and very clean. The living room, bedroom, water, and kitchen were too large and large enough, and the interior was stylish, neatly arranged, and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and a coffee maker, as well as two washing machines, and detergent, etc., which was very helpful. When I changed the estimated arrival time from the time I originally contacted you, I received a polite explanation of the heating facilities and other things. There was also Jenga and life games, and I had a good time in the room even on winter nights. Thanks to you, we had a very memorable stay.I'd love to stay again in a different season if I get the chance!
