Located in the heights of VELLETRI, you will have a magnificent view of the city and the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed this stay, we enjoyed Italy. It's to be repeated. It's an unforgettable experience, totally immersed in nature. All the silence and tranquility you need to get away from it all, a swimming pool overlooking the hill with stunning views. A stone barbecue for your barbecues and the company of very sweet animals. Pietro and his wife Pina are very kind hosts, available for any eventuality. We hope to return as soon as possible, thanks again for everything. 🤍

staying in this house was like feeling at home, there was everything you need to enjoy the weekend relaxing, nothing was missing! The house is surrounded by greenery with a few swings for children, and nearby there is a riding school where you can take lessons or take simple horseback rides. Marco is a perfect host, always helpful and responsive, and very friendly in ways. Absolutely recommended!

We stayed the two days at the end and start of the new year. We had a great time, the house is located in a historic and very characteristic place with a wonderful view. The place is cozy, clean, tidy, and there is everything you may need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing is missing! In the living room there is the fireplace and the large and comfortable sofa that are the top . I recommend it to everyone, especially those who love tranquility and relax for a few days to recharge and then return to everyday life. I often return to Filettino, I had a house for rent for 6 years until 2012. For me it is a place to go outside the vacation periods to fully enjoy the local climate. Walks nearby, breathtaking views especially in October, friendliness. The apartment is in a good location. Forget the flat roads, here you go up and down stairs to go to the village and enjoy the surroundings. Warm house in winter with fireplace and thermo-fireplace. Cool in the summer. Beautiful view of the valley.

the apartment is one of the best of our road trip! it has a breathtaking view. the attentions of chiara are just wonderful after a long journey. the breakfast delivered to the door is so nice! it's an undeniable plus. the cleanliness of the apartment, communication with chiara and her husband who remain available for all our questions. the bedding is comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. in short you will not regret it! nothing but the village is worth it! in addition we have forgotten an object and she will try to send it to us! beautiful people!

Rosana seemed to be an acquaintance for years, very confident and gave us information maybe for the next visits since we stayed on New Year's Eve and everything was rightly closed... a few kilometers away is the magicland amusement park... she also made us find a beautiful bottle of sparkling red wine from home that unfortunately we forgot... 😂I highly recommend it
