We are grateful to have found a place that has everything. Mrs. Mery, who supported us throughout the stay, was very friendly. The apartment comes with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. The common areas were almost just for us. We hope to return soon.

We loved the apartment, it's very comfortable and cozy. It is a quiet and modern building. We had some problems with the hot water but the owner contacted us immediately and helped us solve it. We had a great time and were able to relax. 100% recommended, we will surely stay with Ronell again.

The apartment is very special: modern, airy, full of light, with an open and minimalist layout, it is very artsy. It has great ventilation and spectacular views. Being located south of the Rodadero, it offers access to a much quieter beach but at the same time only a few minutes' walk from the north side. The neighborhood is very safe and calm. Great communication, very prompt and cordial, the owners gave us all kinds of timely information for our stay. The only thing we would like to be different is curtains in the shower, so we don't have to mop after each bath. We'll definitely be back to this nice apartment.

We loved everything about our stay here. Bed - amazing, best sleep we had all trip, we actually wanted to verify the mattress brand to purchase in the future. Location was amazing, far enough so that we sleep peacefully and close enough where we have access to beautiful restaurants, coffee shops, tour offices, grocery stores and everything else you need. Angela was responsive and amazing every step of the way, we even extended our stay. I think this is the best place in the area for a couple. The pool and terrace area were also amazing. Super safe.

Nicolas and his wife were amazing host! They always were available is we had any questions. They also were really accommodating when our flight arrived early and let us check in early. They had great recommendations too. The place was so clean and looked exactly like the pictures! So glad we got to stay here!

Amazing stay at Francis's home. The lodging was in a very safe, clean and beautiful neighborhood. With a beach just down the stairs it was everything we need for our short stay in Santa Marta. My family and I loved the space and highly recommend it for anyone looking to feel at home away from home

We loved the stay, we would definitely stay in this place again, DIEGO AND PATRICIA are super attentive hosts to answer any questions. It's quiet, it has everything you need to cook, they have utensils, the rooms are comfortable with air conditioning, we felt right at home. It's central, there are minibuses that go anywhere you want to go, if you use Indriver or any other app the taxis arrive super fast. We used it and it's great. Nearby there is D1, Ara, Isimo and in front of the condominium there is an Olympic, you can find a Fruver and a variety of fast foods. Thanks again, we love it, no doubt about it Super recommended

Edu and Jessi's apartment is super nice and comfortable, with spectacular ocean views. Everything was super clean and impeccable. The building has many amenities such as swimming pools, restaurants, beach bar, mini markets, and a cafe. You don't need to go anywhere to have a good time. We definitely plan to return. Everything is just like the photos, the Jacuzzi on the balcony is super top, the only detail is that the area is under development, for this reason there is building construction nearby, this can generate a little noise but on business days until certain hours.

The apartment is beautiful, it has a terrace that makes the place a unique and charming space, with a divine sea view, the decoration is very cozy, the place has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building's facilities are nice and the fact that it's next to the shopping mall makes everything very easy, supermarket and restaurant right next door. The beach just two blocks away. We loved it and can't wait to come back.

The apartment exceeded our expectations: beautiful, functional and fully equipped. The common areas are spectacular: pools, rooftop and rest areas with unparalleled views. On the first floor, there are restaurants and shops with everything you need. El Rodadero is a 15-minute walk, but we suggest going by car. The nearby beach is perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets, without the hustle and bustle of other areas, although a little dirty, but nothing serious. Esther and her mom were attentive and clear, making the check-in/out process very easy. Zero problems! 100% recommended! A memorable experience.

The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in and stay. Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

Stayed in many other units in this building . *CLEANEST BY FAR* attention to detail was amazing ! Great communication with Host ! I will stay again for sure and HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

Sebastian's apartment is very nice, it has a perfect decoration as seen in the photos. The sunset that can be seen from the apartment is definitely magnificent, the whole apartment is well equipped. Communication with Sebastian was very easy from the beginning, always making sure that everything was perfect for us, he was too proactive and friendly. I recommend it.

This was my third stay at this building and I highly recommend. Orlando was a great host and his apartment was exactly as described. Things that stand out are the two bathrooms, the laundry, and the cold AC’s. I didn’t use any of the amenities (pool etc) but did take full advantage of the secured in building parking.
