The existing exterior walls and structures were insulated and reinforced, but restored to the time when the old house was built. Inside, we made a white box that provides a comfortable environment, and we made it the living room and bedroom. You can relax in a modern Japanese-style design space while staying in an old Japanese house. The bathroom opens to the courtyard with large windows and is full of a sense of freedom. The bathtub and bathroom heating are also equipped to create a comfortable bathroom environment, and privacy is ensured with blinds. It is small but equipped with a kitchen for simple cooking. The entrance is wide and bicycles can be brought inside. There is also a washing machine, so it can accommodate medium to long-term stays. There are also Western-style restaurants, Japanese restaurants, kappo restaurants, and bars nearby, so you can enjoy the local cuisine.

(It's quiet because it doesn't run from 11:40 PM to 6:20 AM) If you are staying with 2 people, you can have separate bedrooms.Or you can combine two single beds to make a double bed. Please let us know what you need. Free parking is located below the guest house, but please be careful as it is difficult to enter from the public road. Also, please park your car inside the white lines. Please be careful not to smoke.

You can take the ferry to Okunoshima(rabbit island) from the port. Near-by sightseeing spots: Mt.Kurotaki, Kaguya-hime museum, Preservation district of important historical buildings in Takehara city. Optional dinner is available at cafe area with extra charge. We are sorry but you will hear the noise from the cafe from 8am -11pm.
