New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Cozy loft close to the city with free ev charging.

Welcome to our cosy Loft that we just built! The loft is built above our garage beside our house and it accomodates you for a short stay of 2-3 people/small family or a longer stay of 1-2 people. Cot bed and child chair is available. The loft is located in a calm neighbourhood by the forest. Communications are great with commuter train and buses close by. Going by car to Stockholm takes about 15minutes. Car charging up to 50kWh/day is included. Let us know if you have any questions!

Ca 5 minuters promenad till Täby centrum som har massor av butiker och restauranger. Där ligger också Roslagsbanan där du tar dig in till Stockholm på ca 20 minuter. Parkeringsplats ingår.

Lars was extremely helpful and sorted cafes, trains information and looked after us extremely well. One of our best Airbnb in Sweden.

Everything was very good – the apartment was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout, which made the experience even better. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the light rail station and bus stop, making it super convenient to get around. It’s a very cute and charming house, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Stockholm!

Ein schönes, gut ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Haus (ein Schlafzimmer und zwei Kinderzimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche und schönes Bad) mit Garten in Näsbypark. Ellinor war bei kleineren Problemen sofort erreichbar. Wir haben die Lage genossen: Mit dem Zug und der U-Bahn ist man in ca. 25 Minuten in der Altstadt von Stockholm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele in Täby. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke Ellinor!

Das Tiny House liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Umgebung ausserhalb von Stockholm, welches mit ÖV sehr gut erreichbar ist. Das Haus ist sehr modern und verfügt über alle wichtigen Einrichtungen, zwei Personen können angenehm darin wohnen. Sebastian und Cathrine sind sehr sympathische Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar und antworten in kürzester Zeit. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder wählen.

Très belle maison familiale, cosy et tout confort. Prévoir de marcher un peu pour rejoindre la gare mais il y a des commodités à proximité. Jessika à été très gentille et les instructions étaient bien claires. nous avons beaucoup aimé la terasse 🌼 et les petites enceintes connectées 🎶 Une petite bulle paisible en famille.
