Casa do Rio Alva is a very special place with private access to the river! Our country house is located in the village of Secarias in the heart of the nature of central Portugal, 4 km from the village of Arganil and 55 km from the city of Coimbra. Exploring the Alva River from our home is a unique experience, where the following stand out: avocets, bees, kingfishers, crows, swallows, foxes, field mice, frogs, toads and snakes, numerous fish such as bass, bogas and carp, but also trout and eels.

A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.

Quinta da Ribeira was lovingly restored by Lurdes and Nuno in 2005, creating a beautiful home from home, in a peaceful setting. Enjoy private use of the 2 bedroom farmhouse, - with its glorious pool and well manicured gardens. The farm is ideal for couples and small families. Our child friendly rural retreat has plenty of room to roam, relax and play! Just a few minutes from Tabua town you can access shops, restaurants and facilities with ease. Well behaved pets are welcomed!

The house is located in the Mondego River Valley on walking distance of a beautifull isolated riverbeach. A great place to get away from the stressed world. Excellent for a couple or an individual who loves the simplicity, purity and silence of nature. The house includes an open kitchen and living room, a 11 m2 mezanine for sleeping, an outside shower, compost toilet in a 5000 m2 forest garden with granit boulders, natural structures, sculptures and chillout places.

Authentically renovated village house

Our authentically renovated, stone village house is located in the quiet and friendly village of Andorinha in Central Portugal. We created a modern space with as much comfort as possible yet keeping the eccentricity of the house. Make sure you take advantage of the wood burning hot tub and enjoy a few hours soaking, while sipping on a nice glass of wine. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: The downstairs large bedroom has access through the front courtyard NOT inside the house.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This property is located outside the village, a place conducive to relaxing and getting away from the city. It has a spectacular view of the Mondego River and plenty of sun exposure. It also has a fantastic garden space suitable for events and families. Peaceful village, which has a mini market and several cafes. We accept animals up to 10 kg. NOTE: we do not serve breakfast

Featuring an above ground pool, private courtyard and an inflatable hot tub jacuzzi, CASA CURRAL do Porco is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. “CASA CURRAL do Porco” translates from Portuguese into English as “Pig Barn”. The property was originally listed as an agricultural building and converted into a guest annex. It has now been beautifully renovated to provide spacious 1-bedroom self-catering accommodation.

Casa Sardinheiro is a hidden gem for families looking for a holiday full of fun and nature. It comes with spectacular mountain views and a large private swimming pool in an enormous garden. Casa Sardinheiro is located on the edge of the village Espadanal, near the city of Tabua in central Portugal. The location is secluded but with a small city center withing a 10min driving range.
