Rosenlundsstugan is a modern cottage in the Rosenlund area in Jönköping, only 3 km from the city center. The cottage is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Proximity also to Elmia, Rosenlundsbadet and Husqvarna Garden. You rent a completely detached cottage with a living room with kitchen counter and kitchenette, toilet with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Digital code lock for easy check-in and check-out. Good WiFi and free parking in the area. The apartment is of a high standard and located in our basement and has a frosted window. The apartment has a separate entrance from the house.

Tree house in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful accommodation in the middle of the woods. In this tree house, you live up among the trees in a peaceful and quiet place with animals, birds and nature as neighbors. Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it's important to protect the ecological and local environment.

Log cabin outside Jönköping overlooking Granarpssjön. You have access to the dock, swimming raft and boat (boat with electric motor 50 SEK/day) The lake is about 10 meters from the cabin. You'll even have access to the wood-fired sauna on the property. The accommodation is well-suited for families of up to 4 people. There are wonderful hiking/biking opportunities in the area. Taberg, a 15-minute bike ride away, has a nature reserve with several hiking trails. Jönköping is 15 km away. The property has its own patio.

Guesthouse by lake

Get close to nature and enjoy the tranquility of our newly-built (2023) guest house. The guest house is located on the same property as the main house, which is also rented out. The property offers a private beach with a jetty for swimming, and a wood-fired sauna right on the lake. The forest is just outside the doorstep, so it is suitable for mushroom and berry pickers. The lake also offers good fishing for those interested (perch, pike and zander) - or why not go canoeing.

Welcome to our pine cone This tree house is located in the beautiful Småland forest and offers a stay beyond the ordinary. It's intimate, simple and peaceful place. Here, as a guest, you sleep high up in the treetops and wake up to birdsong. Through the large windows, you can enjoy forest views as far as the eye can see. Here, you have the opportunity for maximum relaxation, but for those who want more activity, the accommodation is a good starting point for day trips.

50 - 100 meters from swimming and fishing lake, access to rowboat. In addition, access to a wood-fired sauna. You have to carry water to the cabin, about 40 meters. Outdoor summer shower. Combustion toilet in separate house directly adjacent to the cottage. Golf courses nearby. Ski resort about 20 km. Shops about 10 km. There are sheets and towels to rent, cost SEK 100 per occasion. Upon arrival after 9:00 pm, the guest may check in without the help of the landlord.
