Vacation rentals with a patio in Ta' Xbiex

Raymond's apartment was a perfect base for exploring the island. It is large, spacious and spotlessly clean, never feeling cramped even with 6 of us staying (4 adults and 2 children). It looks just like the pictures! We came in October, so it was warm without being too hot, but we appreciated that there was an air conditioning unit in every room - this would be invaluable in the summer. The only drawback is that the place is located on the edge of town, on a busy road. whilst this is convenient for transport, there is noise from both traffic and construction, including the demolition of a building during our stay, starting very early in the morning. I recommend earplugs unless you're a very heavy sleeper! It's about a 20 minute walk to the main St Paul's bay resort. That said, this is reflected in the price and we could have paid double for something smaller further into town. Raymond was very helpful and responsive whenever we had any questions, and I recommend this apartment!

Clean apartment, great location and very quiet. Close to the port, there are plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets or public transport nearby that are very good for getting around the island. It's better not to rent a car because of traffic jams all day. Thanks to Barbara for her kindness and availability when needed.

My family and I loved our time at Christian’s place during our vacation in Malta. Christian and Marcelle made sure to make us feel welcome and supported all the time. He didn’t hesitate to help us with unique requests. We commend him for being such a great host to us and recommend his place to everyone who wants to have an amazing time in Malta. One last thing: Christian’s place is very near the beach so you will love living here ;)

Thank you for the opportunity to rent this wonderful Apartment. Everything was perfect. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped, clean water in the pool, lots of bathrooms. Plus a poolside bathroom with a shower. Quiet neighborhood, not far from the coast. Contacting the owner without any difficulty, you immediately responded to messages. Thanks :)

The apartment was very spacious, really clean and perfectly located. The bus stop is right next to it, with direct connections to Valletta and St. Julian’s, making it very convenient for getting around. The neighborhood and street are calm, ensuring a peaceful stay. The beach is just a minute away, and there are plenty of great food spots nearby with delicious options. The hosts were also very friendly and easily accessible, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

It is unlikely you will stay anywhere else like this, it is very special. The description and photos are totally accurate. Well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The terrace would have been a lovely place to spend time if the weather had been kinder! Nat responded quickly to any questions and was always helpful. The directions provided made it very easy to find and the key was in the safe. You have to park outside of the old city (part of the charm is virtually no vehicles) but we had no problem parking. Very happy to recommend Nat's house.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful place! It is really exactly as shown in the pictures and very charming! It is located in the beautiful old village center of Attard - a good starting point for all activities. The Italian restaurant across the street is great - we were there 2 out of 3 evenings. Sabrina is a friendly and accommodating host who responded promptly to every question and was very flexible with us. We would come back and recommend the property.

Spacious apartment in a great location! 2mins from bus, shops, restaurants, and pharmacies. The apartment is right by the promenade so it was a 15mins walk to Sliema to shop or catch the ferry into Valletta. Juan was friendly, polite, and accommodating. The kettle stopped working and he replaced it right away. He even added a microwave since I was there for a long stay. The apartment itself is quite large, with lots of space. It had everything needed. One tiny con...the place was running a little low on basic toiletteries & cleaning supplies but i had my own so it wasn't a problem for me. Otherwise I had a good stay. The maltese balconies are a nice touch! Great host. Great apartment. Great location. Would definitely recommend 👍🏽

I can recommend the place with a clear conscience. It was beautiful, clean, big and matched the pictures. The location was also great for us, the sea is super close just like the bus stop and many different restaurants. Interaction with the host went smoothly and super well! All in all really great ;)

Everything was fine. The small malfunction was quickly resolved. We recommend staying for two couples because of the two separate bathrooms :)

we booked it with my friends. [group of 6] and i can say our stay was very superb. the pool the jacuzzi ,the welcoming,the hospitality and to the ever helpful host( we are very grateful).. Also the location is situated in a quiet neighborhood..and of course Villa Lorrela was clean as described and we would definitely do a re-visit.

I had a great stay, the location is central and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. Mezzaluna restaurant around the corner makes amazing gluten free pizza. There is a direct bus TD1 from the airport, and the busses accept bank cards. Be aware that there are a lot of road constructions, and some buss stops are suspended for some periods of time. The apartment is a good base to explore the area.

Fantastic accommodation, we stayed 7 days in this beautiful apartment, Anthony sent us photos, description and accurate instructions on how to check-in and check-out, also meeting our needs and our schedules. Apartment equipped with all comforts: two bathrooms, two kitchens, large terrace overlooking the square, in addition to the hairdryer and washing machine services and a list of the best places to eat. Quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of the waterfront. Fantastic experience thanks also to Anthony's great responsiveness and professionalism, who responded whenever we needed it. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful week's stay. The place was lovely. In a great location, peaceful but also nearby to lots of shops and restaurants. There were two grocery shops less than a minute walk away. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay great. Incredible communication. Was such a relaxing stay. Would definitely stay again. Five stars!!!
