Vacation rentals with a patio in Ta' Xbiex

Lovely place for our group of six adults. Perfect location, easy to walk to St Julian’s restaurants and bars, also an easy stroll into Sliema. Pretty neighbourhood, convenience store just down the road, easy lift access to apartment with luggage. Comfortable bedrooms, very clean and well-equipped kitchen. Elaine was a great host and made us feel so welcome. Thanks!

Philip was so friendly and communicative, and gave us tons of recommendations for our stay. He checked in regularly to see what we needed. They house is in a calm, accessible area - perfect for our trip.

As my wife was born in Malta we have been going over there since the mid 70s to catch up with family. Probably been back about 12 to 15 times and we always rent in or near Sliema which is the most convenient location . Maria's place is the nicest site we've used for sure. All you need is there and it's slap bang in the heart of Sliema with lots of buses and ferries on the doorstep. Certainly would recommend and you will not be disappointed by the amazing view of the harbour and Valletta across the water which awaits you. ..John and Ann Burgess

Gabriel’s home was very nice, clean and also big. We had a very good stay there and we felt like we were in home. Also the communication with Gabriel was super easy and he’s very friendly and helpful. We asked him if is it possible to bring our luggage earlier to the apartment because we arrived few hours before the check-in and he was really okay with it. He even left us some snacks and birthday hats (it was our friends birthday). Amazing, 11/10!!

The appartment is amazing, exactly as described and shown in the pictures, spacious and comfortable, safe, very clean and tidy, located at the top 5th floor with an elavator! It is fully equipped with everything you may need and the WiFi is fast. The location is excellent, within a short walk to all amenities, within a few minutes walk to the ferries to Valletta and all the bus stops (hop on - hop off and local buses), the location is ideal to expore Valletta and the rest of the island! There is a big shopping centre with a big super market a couple of minutes walk and multiple restaurants, coffee shops and bars with nice views to Valletta in the neighbourhood. The check in was easy and fast, collecting the keys from a safe box. Randolph is highly reliable, trustworthy and very friendly and communication with him was excellent! He even kindly allowed us an early check in and a late check out! I highly recommend it and I will definitely stay there again in my futute visit to Malta!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the penthouse. From the very beginning, communication with the host was excellent quick, clear, and super helpful, which made everything stress-free. The property itself looks exactly like the photos. Check-in was seamless and easy, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The location was truly beautiful peaceful surroundings with plenty to explore nearby, making it the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. There were six of us staying, and the space was more than comfortable for our group. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience highly recommended and would definitely love to stay again!

Living at Paddy’s charming studio flat is a really great experience, and Warren is an amazing host. We felt right at home, and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable as well as special. Il-Hamrun is not exactly a typical tourist area, what you get instead is an inside into local Maltese life. The restaurants, the bars, the local corner shops, wherever we went we met extremely friendly people, and they remembered us when we came back. And yet, there are many bus routes nearby, going to all the touri-hotspots when you choose to do so. Coming back ‘home’ to Paddy’s in the evening felt like coming to an oasis, we spent a lot of time outside in the patio area. If there was anything wrong, then it was the mosquitoes, be prepared :) Warren provided us with further valuable insider tips (thank you, Warren!!).

This is a beautiful house in a great location. Lucas is a brillliant host and was very responsive. He helped us with local recommendations and fixed any small troubles we had! Everything was clean and tidy. The hot tub was amazing! This stunning house is worth every penny.

In this topic, this is sufficient and fully true information - nothing is missing in this house. And when it comes to impressions, Bizzilla is a wonderful and complete place filled with warmth, love and good taste in the smallest detail. In Bizzilla, every key, even the smallest, in the door or small door has its own keychain and the worn stone stairs testify to its long history. We visited Malta for a friend’s wedding and wanted somewhere nearby the venue that was reasonably price and we definitely found that with this place. It was 5 minutes walk from the venue and was worth the price for the location and the beauty of the property. Sabrina was so helpful at all times and gave us recommendations and was just genuinely lovely. There is a restaurant directly opposite the house which we ate in regularly. We would definitely stay again.

Superb location for exploring the island, very easy to get around and plenty of local options for food. The house was perfect, with literally everything you need to feel at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the jacuzzi was a great way to wind down

We stayed a week in this very peaceful and tastefully decorated little cocoon, and we are delighted! Nicholas is very accommodating and attentive, he puts everything in place to make sure your trip goes smoothly. Air conditioning is very popular, as well as the jacuzzi. A place I would highly recommend for a successful stay 😊👍🏼

Our stay lasted for a lovely 6 days, all based in Frederico and Francica's lovely place! Perfectly located away from the crowds with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go, it was an oasis to return to after busy days exploring. The balconies gave us fantastic views of sunsets, fireworks shows, and were a great spot for a sunny breakfast. Spacious and clean, we loved staying here and would easily recommend it to others! Only thing for others to be aware of is the somewhat lacking restaurant options within Hamrun itself, but we easily made our way into Valetta for dinner most nights anyway - 10 minutes by Bolt! We had a fantastic holiday and this place was a huge contributor.

Had a great time! Edward is a great host and very friendly. The apartment is in the basement and is therefore cool at high temperatures. The terrace also lets enough light into the apartment. We will be happy to come back!

We truly recommend Stefania's place. Cosy, beautiful terrace to relax on, close to the St Giljan's bay and accomodations.

The apartment is modern, well renovated and located just a few minutes walk to the Sliema pier and Ballita Bay. Daniel is very helpful and responsive and give us good recommendations.

Excellent apartment with everything you'd need for a holiday. Communication was really great and everything was explained prior to arrival and were super helpful. Views are stunning and the pool was awesome. Would recommend!
