Wonderful lake house! Clean sheets and beds are made!Kitchen is fully stocked with blender, gas grill, coffee pot, & dishwasher. Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! SUNY Cortland is 8 and SU is 17 miles away.

Renting out my home ON the Salmon River. You will have access to two bedrooms with a full and twin size bunk bed combo in each of them, a fully stocked kitchen, 1 full bathroom, and an awesome living room. I have a 40' long, 30' wide dock in the back you can fish from as part of your stay, or park your boat at for an addition $2 per boat foot per day (a 20' boat would cost $40 per day). No charge for kayaks, or boats under 300 lbs.. Dock is in the water from April 15th - December 1st.
