Only 5 minutes walk to the stunning lake and huge playground. Very clean with a large fenced backyard, this little piece of heaven offers a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, large backyard, fire pit, full bedroom and bathroom as well as the most comfortable memory foam sofa bed. Located just a block away from the playground, ice cream shops, pubs and restaurants.
