Vacation rentals with a sauna in Świnoujście

We had a really nice week at Ute. the house is very nicely located and quiet. Perfect for getting down and relaxing, which includes the sauna that you can use. The contact with Ute via Airbnb or personally was always helpful and very friendly. You feel comfortable and welcomed from the first second you arrive. All in all, Ute was just perfect and we thank you again for the great time.

Everything was as described. Check-in was smooth with a key box. We were even able to check in a little earlier by arrangement. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect (right on the promenade) We actually only missed the toaster in the kitchen, and for me and my wife the bed was too hard. We'd love to come back. We had a lovely time.

Wonderful experience right from the start! The place looks exactly like on the photos. It’s very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will surely be back soon!

Dirk's place is highly recommended. Apart from the excellent amenities, which lacked nothing, we were very impressed by the fitness and entertainment area (billiards, foosball, giant chess, table tennis, etc.) as well as the sauna. Everything is almost new, very well maintained and extremely quiet. Only the access to the water and swimming facilities are a little further than expected. You should definitely arrive by car.

The accommodation was really great! Especially the large balcony overlooking the sea appealed to us, which alone was worth it. The area is totally quiet, perfect for a relaxing weekend. We were able to walk directly from the building via a private access to the beach which we really liked. The place itself was immaculately clean and we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The check-in and check-out were easy and went via SMS. Responses were always quick. The complex also has a pool, sauna and fitness area. If you're there out of season, you'll have everything to yourself. The bottom line was a great place to stay that we would definitely recommend!

Monique's accommodation is super suitable for families, especially with small children/babies (changing table, potty, baby bath). I especially liked the proximity to the beach and the great equipment of the kitchen (sharp knives, even a blender stick). The communication was very open and super friendly. Loved this vacation!!! We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a nice 5 days in Katharina's apartment. The apartment is charmingly decorated and we didn't miss anything. The location is nice and quiet, the beach is within minutes walking distance and by car it is not far to the shops. We didn't know that Karls Erdbeerhof was only 4 minutes away before arrival and then we were there twice :D Unfortunately, the pool was a little too cold for our kids and the beach chair was unfortunately not yet there outside the season (which we were informed of beforehand). All in all, we were still able to relax and would choose Katharina's apartment again on our next visit to Usedom :D

We had a wonderful vacation in Bernd's Kielhus. We felt completely comfortable. The house offers everything you need to have a relaxing time. The apartment extends over 3 floors, with the bedrooms on the upper floors. It is very spacious, comfortably furnished and fabulously complemented by Kerstin's art objects. The terrace is fantastic as you can watch the breathtaking sunsets from there. Nearby are restaurants within walking distance overlooking the Achterwasser. By bike, you can reach the beach of Kölpinsee in 10 minutes and otherwise the island can be explored very comfortably by bike and train. For larger purchases, we think you need a car, as the nearest supermarket and good bakeries are about 4 km away. Communication with Bernd and Kerstin went smoothly and was very warm. We will be back!!!

We had an amazing time with our 3 teenage daughters and dog. The house was comfortable, well designed and cozy. Plus, the extra comforts for our dog (a bed, dog blanket and extra bowls) were much appreciated. We had such a wonderful time as family and a very restful vacation.

Perfectly equipped holiday home with great landlords. - Kitchen well equipped, with everything you need for cooking - very comfortable beds - Everything sparkling clean - Bikes, child seats, umbrellas, sauna bathrobes, bathing shoes, egg cooker, dishwasher tabs galore, fire bowl with wood, barbecue, Nespresso machine, great tips and homemade blackberry jam - it doesn't get any better than that! Thank you, dear Ines and Kai, for the wonderful autumn holidays! We will be happy to come back and can fully recommend you (even if we would much prefer to keep you as a secret tip;-)

We were there with 12 people and had a great time. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were cozy, the amenities were as described. No neighbors are adjacent to the back of the house, so you could listen to music there without disturbing anyone. We recommend the place!

Jana personally welcomed us very warmly. The property is wonderfully located right on the small harbor of Altwarp. Everything you need and more is available. The accessibility on the ground floor is perfectly implemented, we have never seen it before. In short: we can fully recommend the accommodation. If you are looking for peace and fantastic nature, you will find it here at the Haff. Altwarp itself offers a few gastronomic options, there is also a great mom and pop shop. Ueckermünde is close if anyone needs more. It was a really nice getaway for us. We were not at the Haff for the last time and in Jana's perfect gem on the Haff.

We were happy to come back to Fuchsbau in the future.
