Apartment vacation rentals in Swan River

It’s my 8th stay here and i am always satisfied with the location and the unit itself. The host is very responsive and friendly. Fully recommended 👍 and of course its a place i would be in my few more upcoming trips😉 keep it up Anthony 😁

The place was as described, with a spacious balcony offering great views. Living area was a good size. The apartment is located in a quiet building with no noise issues. The area is pleasant for walking, with a park and river views nearby. An excellent French bakery is within a 10-minute walk (it is on Rachele's suggestion list). Rachele was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

Mariam’s place felt right at home. She was responsive and clear with with the check-in instructions.

We had a great stay. Bonnie is an excellent host and was really helpful with any questions we had. The units are secure with both a key lock mesh door & key coded front door. Lovely little units with good air con, smart TV and anything else you’d look for in an AirBNB. Would recommend!

What a gorgeous and cosy place! Walking distance to restaurants and shops in a gorgeous trendy and cosmopolitan area of Perth. Perfect place for a getaway. Quiet street and private. Immaculate and clean; everything has been thought of. Julie is a beautiful host and met us at the building as she was worried we wouldn’t have lights on for a late arrival. What a lovely above and beyond gesture. It was a pleasure meeting you Julie and would love to return.

We have stayed in this apartment previously and were happy to return. Pippa communicates well. The apartment is clean, comfortable and an easy walk to the beach and amenities. The apartment is brightly lit by natural lighting and modern styling which suits our taste. You can see Cottesloe beach from the balcony and window in the main bedroom. You will need to buy coffee pods for coffee on arrival unless you are happy to have instant coffee which is supplied, however there are many coffee spots just down the road within walking distance. I love the cow artwork over the bed. The apartment very much suits our needs. Overall this is a lovely place to stay and we definitely recommend it.

I thought the pictures matched the accommodation perfectly. The unit was very clean and tidy. it felt like a home away from home. great spot, close to amenities and restaurants, The Cafe downstairs was amazing!! Fantastic walkable location! Everything you need is provided, comfy bed, with secure parking and available laundry. This was the perfect base for me while visiting Perth for a week. Host was very protective and helpful.

The host was very friendly, contactable and helpful. the was very clean and tide, same as described, looking forward to staying there again in the future.

The place just feels like home, fully equipped kitchen and really what as described on the descriptions! The view of the harbour/port from the unit... just lovely! Fernanda was a fantastic host! We enjoyed our stay at 3 on Whatley. The unit is compact and had everything we required. The location is ideal for cafes, restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Also just a couple of minutes walk from the train station. The small patio is good for sitting out. Privacy and shade are provided by the exuberant foliage including hibiscus with wonderful pink flowers. We would happily book this again.

Great location and the property looks exactly like the photos. Property was presented well & very clean. Would definitely stay there again.

I am the second out of two guests and unfortunately, I have not had the pleasure to meet Fiona in person but my partners word is as good as any so here goes! Let's start with the host: Fiona is lovely. She's friendly and a pleasure to interact with. We hope we were too Fiona. Thank you for everything. The place: Spotless and pristine. Kept so well and has every little thing you could think of, when staying in temporary accommodation. We stayed here 4-some weeks and were left wanting for nothing. Au contraire! The view we had. Uff, now this was the icing on the cake. (Almost) every evening, we had the view of the river and a beautiful (breathtaking) sunset. I'm not one for taking photos of everything but for sunsets like these, I've made the exception. With only our very best wishes, we bid your beautiful family home adieu.

Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . The apartment is located in an ideal spot in Northbridge. Every detail of this apartment has been meticulously crafted. The joy of using the coffee machine each morning was unmatched. Shabi, the host, went above and beyond by offering assistance even up to my check-out, giving me a ride, for which I am very grateful. I am already longing to return to this wonderful place.

We had a lovely time staying at Adams place. Totally deserves its 5 star reviews. Adam was very quick to respond to any query. The apartment is perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy Scarborough in comfort. Close enough to stroll down to the action but tucked away in a nice quiet area. Location is good Able to see Scarborough beach from balcony. We were expecting the hot tub in the apartment facilities, but seem like the building management removed it. Luckily it’s just a 5mins walk to the beach and supermarket. It would be great if there are more floor mats as toilet get wet easily after using shower. TV is super big in living room super cozy sofa. Overall it’s a pleasant stay.

Amazing stay at Justine & lans they were super easy to deal with even when I was super difficult locking my self out. And we’re super understanding of my inability to reply whilst heading to work
