Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Svitavy District

My friends and I spent a weekend at this cottage and were excited😊. Everything was perfect – the cottage was cozy, clean and fully equipped, we didn't miss anything. Mr. Martin was very kind and helpful, communicating with him was absolutely seamless and always accommodating. We had a great stay and would love to come back in the future. Beautiful place to stay in a quiet place

My night went very well, I would recommend it.

We used Mikulas and his family's apartment for the second time and we will definitely come back. The apartment has an amazing atmosphere and we feel very good in it. We appreciate the peace, beautiful view from the windows, tasteful amenities, impeccable cleanliness and location perfect for both walking to the city center and nature. As a family, we especially appreciate the fact that we know that we are also welcome with our daughter, who always enjoys beautiful toys and books to borrow in the apartment. Thank you!

Staying in a beautiful setting with a beautifully maintained garden exceeded our expectations. You can see that the owners do it with love and for people. We also had an amazing breakfast in the stylish lounge, ordered it after booking, and paid cash on site. The garden has a variety of seating nooks where you have privacy, stretched nets to relax, a garden house, and a barbecue. There is also a kitchenette on the ground floor that you can use. The place is perfect for families with children, but also for anyone else. Rooms are stylish, well-maintained, clean. A bathroom for every room in the hallway,which didn't matter at all. To Litomyšl 10 minutes by car. The whole place looks so much better than the photos, we were really excited. We were just sorry that we couldn't stay longer and enjoy the beautiful surroundings that the owners love to care for. We hope to come back someday.

we really enjoyed the flat, the garden and the surroundings very well. it's a real recommendation. when the outside is hot, shadows under trees were enjoyable. During the night the flat was nicely cool to sleep. wonderful combination.

This place can't be described, it needs to be experienced. The house owns two in the best sense of the word fool, husbands who try to put it together and hopefully rent a stylishly furnished apartment on the first floor. The historic facility is here from an emergency, the money for the renovation was sooner than they expected, but it's great it's not a museum. Everything from old furniture to an honest cast-iron bathtub is normally used here, which is simply appreciated by anyone who likes old houses. In addition, Oskar Schindler "entertained" Nazis in person. You can't forget the fantastic hospitality of the owners. They had a working beep in the pub / warehouse on the ground floor, and they didn't spare the beer-just like a warm dinner. We had a meeting of two old friends, and finally, there are only two things to say: If you continue to offer the apartment, we will meet again in time. And thanks so much ;-)
