Newly renovated, detached guesthouse of 30 sqm in Hästängsudd, Svinninge – 30 minutes from Stockholm, with a swimming area in the sea nearby. For the golfer, the location is hard to beat: four courses within 15–20 minutes: Österåker, Åkersberga, Arninge and Ullna. Bedroom with a 160-cm bed, loft with a double bed, and a large sofa bed provide six beds. The kitchen has a stove, oven, and dishwasher, and the bathroom has a shower. Best of all is the south-facing patio with outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. Parking for two cars and a bus stop on the street below.

The forest is just around the corner with nice trails. There are bicycles to borrow for excursions. Charcoal grill available for nice barbecue evenings! 5-minute walk to the train, and 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. (Cost for train about 3.5 Euro) TV with Chromecast. Free WiFi. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest swimming lake, and by bike it is about 7 minutes.

Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Here you can relax in a quiet environment and watch the boats gliding by or take the train into Stockholm and enjoy its range of restaurants and entertainment. Train station is about 10-15 min walking distance. It takes 35 minutes by train to Stockholm. By car, it takes about 30-35 minutes. Free parking. Fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom with combined washer and dryer. Double bed in bedroom. Sofa bed for two in the living room.

A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

Bed linen & towels are included and even coffee/tea. The local train will take you to Stockholm in just 18 min. No need for a car.
