Cozy gazebo as well as two patios overlooking trees, fields, and cow garden. Lush garden with roses, raspberries and spices. Parking for 2-4 cars. There is a farm shop 100 m away from the house. A cosy apartment in farmhouse, Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private separate patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skånegården is newly renovated during the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also adorned with art from the studio.

Our newly built little guest house is located in a villa area with walking distance to food store, restaurants, cafe and the sea. The location is perfect for those of you who want to explore Österlen's beautiful nature and all other nice excursions. Bus stop is a few minutes away for those of you who want to visit Simrishamn or Kristianstad.

Cozy and romantic cottage. Best central location in old Kivik close to the sea. Totaly private with own backyard. Rebuilt with all necessities inkl. wi-fi. Right in Kivik old town close to the beach and port. Bakery, grocery store, restaurants etc. are just around the corner. Suitable for two persons and child up to 2 yo.

Magical place, quiet and peaceful. The host Hampus was very friendly and welcoming and responded quickly to questions. The description was right in, and despite the simple, nothing was missing. Definitely recommend!

A charming stay in the middle of nature 🍎🌳 We had a great stay at this unique home located in the middle of an apple orchard in Kivik. The place is surrounded by greenery and lovely little guest houses. The garden is especially incredibly beautiful and the interior decor is really cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen, good beds and a nice little terrace overlooking nature. The location is ideal for both relaxation and good experiences – close to Stenshuvud National Park, bathing beaches and several good eateries such as Friden Gårdskrog, Byvägen 35 and Mellby Bagaren. A huge plus is also free parking and access to the washer and dryer! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tranquility and beautiful nature experiences. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Liselotte and Denis are fantastic hosts, we felt at home from the start. They were helpful and made sure we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and tidy and they had made a great binder with recommendations on things to do and see in the area.

We are so happy with Ulla and Henrik in Vitaby. The house is a picturesque little house, perfectly and tastefully planned in all its simplicity, and with the magical Österlen nature that embraces the magic. Actually, you want this gem for yourself, so it's almost a shame to write this review 😅 A tip: don't forget to check out both Ulla's and Henrik's small shops with ceramics and lamps. A clear extra plus on the experience.

We had a cozy New Year's Eve in George's nice apartment. The apartment is nicely renovated in top condition and with all the equipment. It is centrally located in Kivik with walking distance to most things. Recommended!
