The place is really minimal and basic. However, it is very cheap. Exactly what I was looking for, in my stay. Next to Palanga but not inside it, so you need to drive by a car to be comfortable. It was difficult for me to locate it because Google Map was not able to route / show the way correctly, however this was solved with instructions in chat and I managed to find the place.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this cottage is the place to be. The house is located on a large private property and is only accessible via a gravel road. It's about 2 km to the beach, which you can walk comfortably through a forest. Overall a great little house.

A wonderful retreat surrounded by nature! The country estate offers a cozy and warm atmosphere, where every detail has been thought through for the comfort of guests. The sauna is great – authentic and relaxing, perfect for a leisurely getaway. The sea nearby adds a special magic to the place. Perfect choice for those who are looking for tranquility and comfort near nature!

Comfortable and close to old town home. I stayed one night and the stay went well. Despite everything, the room curtains are not thick while the window opens directly to the parking lot. I could see the passage of people and the parking lot itself despite the closed curtains.

We had a good time at Martyna’s place. It’s big, comfortable, beautiful and brand new house with a covered veranda and a spacious garden, which was especially appreciated by our children. Close to the beach. Inside the house there is everything for a comfortable and quiet holiday, including blackout curtains! We had a force major during our stay and we really appreciated Martyna’s réaction towards our situation. Thank you very much and we highly recommend this new elegant house for holiday to everyone !

I highly recommend this place, very good contact with Mr. Tomas, inside very clean, all the necessary things, the kitchen is all equipped, clothes dryer, beautiful property very well-maintained, clean , lit and heated, not far from the sea, quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be back in a while, I recommend!

Nice, clean place in a safe building

1. The place is amazing, we stayed for 2 weeks with our dog. The photos fully match reality, the apartment is comfortable, and clean, with all the needed stuff to stay for a long and short time. The place is private, silent and extremely peaceful, even thought it is surrounded by other apartments (you cannot really see or even hear the neighbors). 2. The sea is 15-20 minutes walk - ideal if you like to walk and/or have a dog to walk. There is also pool in the general area + sauna in 5 mins walking range. 3. Host is awesome - answered quicky, provided all the instructions, made it clear. Very friendly and nice person! Thanks a ton for hosting us!

Very pleasant, nice, clean and comfortable apartment. The sea is nearby, a grill and a pool are near the house. It was just difficult to find which was the right entrance door to the building. and the night curtains were missing. But we were very satisfied. Thank you

I am returning to this place again and again and again. You will have seen my other reviews under this property that still stand true. As Nida grows progressively busier (even in winter), the location of the property and comfortable parking arrangements become progressively more valuable, as the town centre can get truly happening. For me and my dog who is nervous and shy it is a blessing. I recommend tipping the cleaning lady generously as she is doing such a brilliant job there. As it is one of the few locations in Nida where you can enter the forest almost from your doorstep for infinitely long walks, I recommend exploring unmarked trails in the woods - you cannot get lost on the Curonian Spit.

There was everything we needed. Enough room for staying with tree dogs and people. There are lot of dogs in neighbourhood. But moustly good behaving. Warm recommentation.

A very cozy place! Nicely decorated and well thought through. Felt like home.

Apartment was just like the pictures, very clean, modern and well-equipped. The only minus is that you have to wait very long for warm water and eve after a while it was not as warm as we would have liked. But overall - great place, sea is not too far. Would recommend.

The house was conveniently located and our family loved being close to the lake,which we also used both evenings - we went swimming. The house was clean and there was practically nothing missing,maybe such a grill would be helpful. The location for our family was perfect as we visited Dino Park, Dolphinaria, and also the Babilono Garden Garden. Perfect family home,each had its own room,large vieery on the ground floor and 2 wc .

The place was everything that we needed! Lovely nice windows and a lot of light, very convenient location.

I was a bit dubious about my booking when the cab pulled up in a street of old buildings in varying conditions. But once I unlocked the unit's door I was greeting by warmth and quality. In my days in Liepaja I found I was within walking distance of a big market, many eateries and the beach. Perfect place.

Gorgeous, quiet surroundings. The cabin was very cosy. Suprisingly well equiped kitchenette. The host was very polite and accomodating. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to spend the weekend.

We 5 friends stayed for a weekend. Had great time. House and Garden well maintained. Really loved the house and vibe. I would greatly recommend if you consider staying close to major attractions. 2 km from Ferry ride, 2 km from Old town and 1km from Old town. We reached everywhere easily and fast. Host was very friendly. Really helpful with flexible check-ins. He answered messages immediately. Thank you so much for the amazing stay.
