The air conditioner provides pleasant cooling or heating, and the stove adds coziness. The large covered terrace is perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The hot tub next to the terrace invites you to enjoy warm evenings under the open sky (price: €70). A boat is available.

The estate grounds are enclosed, and in another house within the estate, the hosts, who have pets, reside permanently.

This tiny house is the perfect place for couples to enjoy glamping in Labanoras Regional Park. This is a private cabin surrounded by gorgeous forests. It's the perfect place for walking, hiking, and exploring the forest with 3 lakes only 15 mins walk from cabin. Inside the cosy cabin, visitors will find everything they need for a short getaway- kitchenette, fireplace, shower, WC, sleeping area with roof window to the sky, BBQ area. Hot tub is available all year round for additional price.

Vila MIGLA

Vila MIGLA is in a very small village, in the Labanoras forest, near the lake Aisetas (16 km long). Ideal for wild nature and sport lovers. I personally in summer swim long distances in Aisetas. In winter: when there are good conditions, lake Aisetas is perfect for long distance (20-30 km) free stile skiing. Forest is good for classic skiing. Summer is good for gathering berries and mushrooms. Car drive to Vilnius center: 1.5 hour, to Kaunas center 2.0 hour, to Moletai and Utena 0.5 hour.

A quiet and peaceful little loft is literally located in between the railway tracks. Its windows overlook a river, a wetland full of birds and a forest. Trains passing right under its windows several times a day become the main romantic attraction of the stay. A historical building is a former railway elecricity power plant. A part of the building is still functioning as a train depot, the rest of it was turned into barracks for railway workers and recently into loft style apartments.

Aukštaitija Nida house by the Žeimenys lake

Small cozy house for one family. Next to the forest and Žeimenys lake. During the week days it's supper quiet. During the weekends it can be noisy sometimes as camping area is in the neighborhood. The house has all the amenities and self check-in possibility. One double bed, one sofa bed and one folding bed (on request). It's great place for fishing and other water activities. Very close to the house is a kayak rental point, tennis courts. Hot tub and Sup board is extra cost

Very cozy new cabin/sauna.🏡Located in a unique location in Aukstaitija National Park🌲🌳. The cottage stands 5 meters from the shore of Žeimena where all kayak routes begin🚣‍♂️. Private shore with pier. The cabin has all the amenities for your comfort: sauna, shower, WC, fridge, induction cooker, microwave, kettle. For your convenience: bed linen, towels, personal hygiene products. A spectacular view from the window to Žeimena's favorite kayak river!⭐️⭐️⭐️

This unique place has a style all its own. This studio was designed for creative holidays or bohemian vacation. The view from studio windows is stunning. You can see Labanoras forest and Zeimena river. Also, it becomes magical to see time by time crossing trains through your windows, because the house is located between two railways. In a few hundred meters, you can come to have a walk-in adorable paths, which is located in a river swamp area.

Dubinga River Valley House & SPA

Located on the bank of the Dubinga River, the holiday home is bright and elegant, overlooking the Dubinga River and the forest. This holiday home has a sauna, hot tub (extra charge), terrace, air conditioning, private beach area, fireplace, outdoor barbecue, basketball board, picnic area and free parking. During your stay, you can go fishing, kayaking, hiking, cycling, playing basketball and doing various other activities.
