Beautiful apartment, very clean, with a large window from which, if you are lucky, you can see the Northern Lights. Thelma is a great host, she responds quickly, and cares about giving a lot of useful information. He also warned us about the possibility of seeing the aurora from home!

Beautiful large house with all amenities. Airport within 10 minutes, Reykjavik just over half an hour, blue lagoon a well-known volcano including area where you can hike nicely within 15 minutes. In the village itself gas station and 1 restaurant, nothing else, between the airport and the village plenty of amenities.

This place is really sharp inside and very comfortable with all the ammenities and more. It's like staying at a boutique hotel in a house! Be sure to spend some time hiking the shoreline—defintitley a plus considering it's a wild shoreline.

Absolutely, adorable, beautiful and peaceful! Comfy bedding, clean home, friendly/responsive hosts, farm fresh eggs, home baked goods, and incredible views. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend the last few days of our trip relaxing after spending the first half in Reykjavik!

My husband, four children and I stayed here for almost a week. We felt at home from the start and really enjoyed our stay. It is obviously in a very quiet area and the only sounds one hears are from the sheep outside. Supermarkets are only 15 min away and Reykjavik can be reached in 40 min. Thank you for a wonderful stay !
