Secluded location without visibility at the far end of the plot of a large lush garden with its own elevated part of the garden with lawn by the house, with barbecue and a small patio under the roof. The house is in an old residential area with a walking distance to shops and restaurants. Åby is close to Norrköping, Kolmården Zoo, lakes, forest and the sea.

The guesthouse is located on a villa plot near the main building, with its own patio. The house has a double bed 160 cm and a mattress in the loft. To the loft it is a steep staircase. Private Shower, toilet is in a separate building 20 meters from the cabin. The cottage is equipped with the essentials for short stays. Refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave and housewares. Hot plate and grill outside. Riining water is in the shower area. Please bring your own linens and towels.

Gammelgården is located 5 km north of Finspång. The cottage is newly built in the old style with moon windows, crystal chandelier and luxurious bed linens. Lake view and dock down to Bysjön, we have a small rowing boat for guests. Borrow bicycles for wonderful bike rides and borrow golf clubs, Finspång has a 27-hole course with pay and play. We (Ingrid and Bill and the cats Tussilago and Pantufa) live on the farm in an old house from the 1750s with separate entrance and parking.

Take a break and wind down in this cosy newly built guest house. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay - a bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen including an oven, hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. You can park your car right next to the guest house. A few minutes walk takes you to the nature reserve with hiking routes and a small lake. 15 minutes by car from Norrköping, close to the main road. Unfortunately we can't accept dogs due to a dog allergy.

Welcome to Lillhuset with a view of Lake Glan on the outskirts of Svärtinge. Here new and old meet. Here you can relax with the proximity to nature. Several hiking trails and fishing lakes nearby where you can fish from land. Fishing in central Norrköping is possible. 5 minutes by car there is Ica nearby, Nina's café, pizzeria, petrol and swimming area. Walking distance to outdoor gym. 2 hours to Stockholm Dogs are welcome but please let us know when you book.
