Villa Sjötullen is incredibly beautifully located right by the lake Stor Björken. The villa is 1 1/2-storey with a large country kitchen but modern, with all the equipment and a nice wood stove. Large bedroom with ensuite bathroom incl. washing machine and dryer. Large living room with fireplace, sofa and dining table, double doors out to the wooden deck. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a living room with TV, a bathroom. Parking for several cars directly at the villa. Possibility to rent kayaks. Sourdough bakery is 100 meters away.

With walking paths, cafes and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is sheltered in a cove that is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Water pipes/smoking not allowed!

Welcome to Snickargården in scenic Stora Mosshult, Tiveden! Here you rent a charming newly renovated house built in 1886 with room for up to 8 guests. In the house, there are all amenities from our time but with saved details from before. Hiking trails and swimming lake are within walking distance. Tiveden's sights are close to the distance and can be reached by bicycle or car. Bed linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets, as many of our guests are fur allergic.

The house with garden is in a wooded area and 200 meters from the Great Björken lake. 650 meters from the small Bjórken lake where you can use the jetty for fishing, swimming and use the rowing boats and children's canoe for free.

Valley Schoolhouse & Studio , Värmland, Ölsdalen

A unique chance to live in a beautiful Schoolhouse from the 1880s, located in Värmland. The house is located on a farm and we live next to the Schoolhouse but with a distance that makes it feel private for both. The Schoolhouse has its own private garden and a big porch with a lake view. We arrange different packages of hiking, that includes breakfast, lunch or dinner in an outside setting. Please let us know in advance if you would like to experience the forest in a unique and exclusive way.

Lovely vacation home for those who like animals and nature! Here you can fish, swim, hike and cycle. In the nearby area, there are several nature reserves as well as hiking and biking trails. You have access to a simple rowing boat (life jackets can be borrowed) and your own swimming cove or you can borrow our jetty where you can dive or fish. We are located between Örebro and Karlskoga in Norhammar. Towels and sheets are not included. For an additional cost, there is a rental from the host.

This apartment is part of a converted row of workers’ cottages on our farm, which is situated on the edge of the Kilsbergen mountain range, 2 kilometres south of the village of Mullhyttan. Parts of the apartment is newly renovated and contains everything you will need for staying. In the surrounding countryside there are beautiful walking paths. The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

A quiet oasis 10 minutes from Karlskoga and 25 minutes from Örebro. NEW: -There is also a beautiful newly build sauna available for rent. - A new separate bathroom is available for use. Toilet, shower as well as drinking water. The bathroom is shared with another cottage, meaning that you won't have the bathroom all by yourself.

The gem of Norra Vätättern

On a ridge overlooking the beautiful archipelago of northern Vättern lies our modern, newly built holiday home with large social areas and a fantastic ceiling height with nice light inclusions. Here, a slightly larger group/family can find recovery with proximity to nature, yet it is only 10 minutes by car to the beautiful small town of Askersund. Tiveden National Park is close to Harjebaden's long sandy beach. The house was ready in autumn 2018 and has all amenities.
