There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. The front porch overlooks the Suwannee river and faces west for perfect sunsets while listening to the sounds of nature. This two bedroom one bath cottage has 4 acres of fully fenced land that is yours exclusively. Stroll the grounds and look for deer, rabbit or in the evening lighting bugs. Take a trip to the many springs that the area has to offer for swimming or world class cave diving.

DIRECTLY ON the crystal clear waters of the Ichetucknee River, the Riverfront Retreat is a beautiful rustic home and the perfect place to find peace, rest & relaxation. Swim or go tubing on what US Travel News deemed as Florida's best tubing river. Private viewing platform with floating dock right on the water. 4 Bedrooms & sleeps 9 with ping pong & foosball and is perfect for almost any group. We offer tubes & kayaks for guests to use during their stay. After 5 guests, $25 per person, per day.

Surrounded by giant, sleepy live oaks, lemon, and orange trees, you will thoroughly enjoy getting away from it all! The property is a wonderful retreat with a large, open yard and gorgeous views. Bring your fishing poles. Bring your boat! There is a private boat landing on the property 450 yards from the cabin.

The Blue House

This quaint, cozy getaway is exactly what you need to wind down and relax while creating a modern cabin feel. After a long day sit down and enjoy a massage from our very own massage chair. With free Wi-Fi Internet and access to live streaming to enjoy your favorite channels and shows. Along with a full functioning kitchen you’ll also be able to play board games in the rec room, or try your hand on the four player arcade loaded with 3000 games to choose from! You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.
