We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

Il Borghetto di Antonella e Quintilio ci ha regalato due giorni all'insegna del relax assoluto. Tutto perfetto: dall'alloggio, al patio, agli esterni estremamente curati, alle gatte sempre pronte per due coccole. Siamo stati benissimo! A presto.

The place was perfect for our stay. supermarket next door for all our needs, within 5 minutes of connections and buses into Rome. Simon was exceptionally helpful and even sent people to the apartment to help us with something. excellent communication all along. would highly recommend for a group stay. eight of us including two kids and we cooked dinner each night and slept super well. the room with a double and single has an en suite which worked for us. thank you Simone!

Bella villetta in campagna, tenuta molto bene, bel giardino che circonda la casa, personale molto gentile e presente per qualsiasi esigenza.

Valentina è stata cortesisissima e disponibile, l'appartamento è molto ampio, comodo, ben arredato, completo del necessario in cucina in bagno e nelle camere. Estremamente pulito e ordinato La zona è assai interessante e da casa di Valentina si raggiungono in poco tempo le località di rilievo da visitare.

Alloggio molto caratteristico, nel centro storico. siamo stati solo due notti ed è stato tutto molto soddisfacente. È presente una rampa di scale per accedere al piano e può essere un po' impegnativa se si hanno difficoltà o molti bagagli, ma niente di impossibile. È possibile parcheggiare di fronte alla casa per scaricare i bagagli e parcheggiare a pochi metri con contrassegno messo a disposizione da Valerio. Tuscania è una cittadina molto bella ed è stata una sorpresa! In generale è stato un ottimo soggiorno e Valerio un eccellente Host, sempre molto reattivo. Consigliato!

Alloggio splendido per trascorrere un weekend in tranquillità tra amici, i proprietari sono stati ospitali e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa servisse, la casa è in ordine e pulita, il panorama è splendido. Torneremo molto volentieri.

1000 Sterne! Die Unterkunft: ein Traum, das Haus, der Pool, die Veranda, die Umgebung und der Gastgeber Simone! Es war alles perfekt. Der Gastgeber hat uns persönlich begrüsst und uns ein Begrüssungsgeschenk gegeben. Er war sehr reaktionsschnell und sehr freundlich. Bevor wir losfahren wollten, hatten wir einen Platten. Simone war extrem hilfsbereit. Er hat sich um alles gekümmert, hatte einen Kompressor dabei und hat uns anschliessend in eine Garage begleitet und mit uns gewartet. DANKE! siamo stati solo una notte, volevamo visitare Terni e le cascate. Pertanto nella casa siamo stati solo il tempo di posare le valigie e poi la notte per poi ripreparsi il mattino successivo per il check-out. Ad ogni modo riporto: casa ordinatissima con tutto il necessario; bagno pulito e globalmente villa pulitissima. La villetta non è lontana dalla Basilica di San Valentino mentre per raggiungere il centro di Terni, occorre spostarsi con la macchina. Maurizio è davvero disponibile e cordiale, alloggio consigliatissimo 🤠

Wir hatten mit einer Gruppe von sechs Freunden einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Matteo und seine Familie sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Bei Fragen haben wir immer sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Der Check-In verlief super und wir haben auch Empfehlungen für unseren Urlaub bekommen. Besonders die Eltern von Matteo, die direkt nebenan wohnen, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht.

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

VERY rural location,which we loved,but if you are not used to country living and driving on country roads,the location could be intimidating.We were there in April,too early to be able to use the pool,but we did use the charcoal grill and ate outside several times. The surroundings are spectacular and you can hike up to the charming town of Civitella D'Agliano. There are grocery stores available as well as several pizzerias.We used it as a base for day trips to Umbria and Tuscany. We had a lovely 12 days here!

We enjoyed a lovely week at Daniela’s country house. We were a family group of 3 couples and there was lots of space to spread out with many comfortable sitting areas. It was hot so the pool was used a lot. The town is walkable and we enjoyed going out for drinks and a meal a few times but equally enjoyed cooking at the house and eating on the terrace. A car is recommended as buses are tricky and the train station 22 mins drive away. There are lots of interesting places to visit in the area as well. Thank you Daniela for hosting us!

Great experience! The house is located in the quiet Flaminio neighborhood of Rome, close to supermarkets, restaurants and other places of interest. The tram and the bus are just a couple minutes by foot and will easily connect to you to other parts of the city. The house itself was perfect and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend staying here!

Eine sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem sehr angenehmen Viertel. Wunderbar ruhige Umgebung, eine ideale Ausgangspunkt, um Rom zu erobern und zu erkunden. Wir werden die Unterkunft sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

Appartamento ottimo per 2 persone (ed eravamo con anche 2 cani). Terrazzo grande per poter fare ogni tipo di pasto. Dalla colazione all cena. Dietro l’appartamento un bel posto per far scorrazzare cani e fare 2 passi. Zona molta tranquilla e ben fornita di tutto. Appartamento super pulito, ordinato e host molto molto gentile!!

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

Alojamiento ideal como base para visitar Roma. Cerca de la estación de tren que te deja en el centro de Roma en 15 minutos. Zona residencial muy tranquila con restaurantes y supermercados próximos.

Dealing with Gabriela was a pleasure from start to finish. Her and her team were extremely helpful, hospitable and responded to messages immediately, regardless of the time. The check in and check out processes were simple, quick and easy. The apartment was in pristine condition and had all the listed amenities and more. The team also took the liberty to put together a packet detailing lots of useful information for guests, such as maps of the area, local restaurant recommendations and shops to buy necessities. The apartment is extremely good value for for money; it is very large and spacious for a relatively cheap price and is only a short walk to the Vatican City. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone.
