Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Sutherland Shire Council

My family from England had a wonderful stay over Christmas. Brooke ensured that the Christmas tree & the house beautifully were decorated. The pool was a big hit with the grand children. The beds were all v comfortable & the living rooms offered great flexibility for adults & children. The other facilities were great except for the oven as the icons were worn out (couldn’t see) & the HDMI cable didn’t work. Brooke was a wonderful host; accommodating & responsive. Hope to stay again someday.

Came with my husband, baby, both sets of grandparents, and two friends for my baby’s baptism and it was perfect place to be as a group. Lovely spaces inside and outside. Fire place outside was a favourite for us. Would 100% recommend and rebook. We did arrive to find a trampoline in the living room, which would have been great for kids, but Shara moved it within 15mins when we mentioned it wasn’t ideal for our party. Shara was flexible with timings of check in, and when I wasn’t getting her texts with checkin details she promptly came to the house to check we were sorted and talk through everything. Great host, great house. Would not be ideal for people who don’t like cats/have allergies, but great for those who enjoy a furry friend.

We had a beautiful five night stay at Kelly’s place. The home is quirky in a way that restores your senses. The design means that it’s just such a treat to stay there- so different from the homes most of us get to live in. Kelly’s kitchen was well equipped and meant i was able to whip up meals easily- a good thing as most of the local eateries don’t operate in the evenings. These eateries are wonderful when they are open though! Great coffee too! Ship House accommodated the family as we prepared for our sons’ wedding and will always have soft spot in our hearts. Location wise- just a short walk to the shops/beach/ferry/national park meant that once there we didn’t really use the car much, so liberating. Little treats like picking tomatoes from the veggie patch made this extra special (especially when you leave in an apartment normally). Our family of five had a fantastic stay in this immaculate and welcoming home. Judy is a wonderful host—always responsive and incredibly thoughtful, with lovely welcome treats and thoughtful note. The location was perfect for visiting our family who are close by , making our stay even more special. Highly recommend!

Great venue for the family to gather and share time together. The pool and trampoline kept the kids busy, there was plenty of separate beautifully furnished spaces for the adults, the amenties impressed everyone and the bedrooms were second to none.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Vaucluse. The location is perfect for exploring Sydney, with a bus stop right outside the door and iconic sights within easy reach. It’s also ideal for families—Parsley Bay is just a short walk away, and our kids loved it. We also enjoyed walks up to Watsons Bay for beautiful sunset photos and pizzas at Watsons Bay Hotel. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything we needed, and Shane went above and beyond by providing an infant cot and high chair. Communication was excellent—Shane was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next stay!

Stunning Air BnB from start to finish. We hardly wanted to go out…the view, the garden, the quality curation of linen, artwork, appliances and kitchenware Etc etc. Attention to detail in this beautiful apartment was exceptional. We love the little lawned area and garden at the front that looked over the water. Perfect location for walks around the harbour, access to other side of the bridge easy with the ferry and train but it was so nice to be tucked away in our quiet pocket. Perfect! Thank you, we will be back for sure!!

A great place to stay in Sydney, location wise its a close walk to the bus and train station and Bankstown shopping centre. The apartment was overall clean and presented well and the view from the balcony is also great. Huyen was great and super responsive to all questions.

Perfect accommodation option for our weekend away. The terrace house is clean, comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The location could not be better. It was a short walk to Circular Quay, the Rocks and the Barangaroo dining and shopping precinct. Suzanna was helpful and communicative. Highly recommend staying here.

We loved everything in this beautiful apartment! It had everything we needed to make it a perfect stay in Sydney. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The neighborhood was great, everything was close by, in a walkable distance. The backyard with swimming pool was a great place to relax after spending the day in town.

A wonderful host with a beautiful apartment. Everything you could think of Marisa had supplied. Great location, to catch the bus to Military Road & also the sea ferry’s, & access to Balmoral Beech. Marisa was so informative which was really helpful as this was our first visit to Australia. Highly recommend this apartment & it’s wonderful owner.

5 Stars. If this rental is available and works for your budget, book it. The ocean views from the main floor are stunning and the property has accordion windows that maximize the ocean breeze and sound of waves breaking on the shore. High quality and clean furniture and comfy beds. The property offers all you will need for a wonderful stay in Tamarama with easy access to the beach path. We walked to Tamarama, Bronte, and Bondi beach from the path. Kevin is easy to communicate with and offered us early checkin, which was a big favor since we landed on checkin day on an early arrival from LAX. We would gladly stay again if we ever have the chance.
