This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed with memory foam, AC, a mini fridge, coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower with hot water, outdoor sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Back yard is shared with other guest and has several sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 6 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach chairs available. TY.
