This water-front condo has one bedroom and one bathroom. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a well stocked kitchen with plenty of storage space. We supply linens, bath towels, four beach towels, four beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a gas grill. Pets are prohibited, allergen free! Minimum age of renters is 25.

Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, electric blanket, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard is shared with other guests and has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available.
