We spent a weekend at Sassafras as a family as a surprise for my Mum's 70th Birthday. It is the most beautiful and private location for anyone wanting a true country escape to unwind. A stunning home nestled amongst rolling hills and greenery with breathtaking views. Huge house with a beautiful relaxed vibe, plenty of room for the family to enjoy together, allowing the kids to enjoy activities on the lawn and for the adults to relax and enjoy conversaion and a glass of wine around the fireplace. Sally was an incredible host, extremely friendly, quick to respond with any question and extremely accomodating. Would recommend hands down, we were very happy with our stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Mark and Jo's 'jewel'! They were the perfect hosts. The apartment is modern, spacious and spotless with lovely touches and all the amenities you can think of. A beautiful outdoor area (with a BBQ) is the perfect place to sit and enjoy a morning cuppa whilst taking in the stunning views. Very private and peaceful. Close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to everything. We were so impressed and will definitely be back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and spacious hideaway. Our stay was overall very comfortable and smooth. The space was so spacious with the bedroom separate to the kitchen and lounge area which made it a really nice space to be in. The house kept warmth very well which was great given how cold it was because of the ravaging winds. There was adequate heating too. The kitchen was really well equipped and easy to use. We fully enjoyed our stay here!
