Cleanliness & Comfort The room was impeccably clean, with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. I felt at home the moment I walked in. Although the train station is just nearby to the room but I dont feel the sound of the train affect my stay. Amenities The amenities were top-notch like WIFI, kitchen, washing machine. I especially enjoyed the availability parking during night night time , which made my stay even more special. Overall Experience Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, offers a perfect blend of comfort and fantastic service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Haruo’s place is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to highways and attractions nearby Yamanashi! The traditional Japanese house with beautiful backyard (with views of the mt Fuji when weather allows) is all you need for a great getaway! Haruo is very friendly and greeted us on arrival and gave us nearby recommendations for places to see and eat! We would definitely be back whenever we visit yamanashi again!

This stay is absolutely perfect. A perfect, beautiful home that’s a literal skip away from the Mt Fuji Welcome Area. The home was perfect and as described and our host was amazing at what he does. He came and picked us up from Fujikawa station and then drove us back when it was time to leave. Please let him come get you if he offers, you’ll need it! He then provided us a tour of the home, perfectly explained all amenities and how to properly use them. Please respect the home, it is very old and he worked very hard on it. We will be booking this home every time we visit Mt. Fuji in the future!

Location is great but comes with a price if you are bothered by late night trains bring earbuds. It did not bother us and the host was very hospitable and friendly. Good sized accomodation for the area. Would happily stay again!

Amazing location—just steps from the train, which is a huge plus when staying in Tokyo. Super convenient for getting around. The neighborhood is great too—lowkey and quiet, but still close to tons of great restaurants, convenience stores (7-11 and Family Mart are 1–2 blocks away), and cool spots. Just hop on the train to get anywhere within minutes. So perfect! The host was incredibly kind and helpful—after we checked out, he saw us with all our bags and helped carry them. He really went above and beyond! Great value for the location and space. I stayed with four girls and we all loved our time here. We were never disturbed by noise and felt totally comfortable the whole stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable option in Tokyo!

近くに住む者です。息子夫婦が赤ちゃん連れで来るのに利用しました。 花火の日は、近隣の旅館の宿泊費は高騰しますが、今回、祭日でも平日料金となり、かなりお得な感じがしました。 当初、１ヶ月間違えて予約してしまったのにも日程変更で対応してくださったり、忘れ物の扱いにも快く応じてくださったり、連絡が非常にスムーズでした。ありがとうございました。

The location is close to the main road, there are many restaurants around, there is also a supermarket. This house have 2 floors is quite comfortable for 13 of us, 6 adults and also 7 children. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There are 4 rooms here, we only use 3 rooms is enough, there is still 1 room with a tent to play. And 1 toilet near stairs. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom, toilet, and a large playroom. Outside the house there is a large yard, suitable for children to play Unfortunately we arrived here at night and only slept overnight, the next morning we had to continue our journey so we couldn't enjoy the facilities

We loved our time in Kensuke's Hut by the beach. The 100 year old Hut was full of charm and authenticity. We liked how there was a light rattling of the windows during a rain storm, and we enjoyed sleeping on futons upon the woven mat flooring. The beach is right down the street, and shops galore are all nearby. The shower water was wonderfully hot, and the heating system kept us comfortable at night. We recommend this stay to all who want an authentic experience:)

Michael非常温暖有趣，他的房屋干净整洁，用心装点。其实房屋的位置去附近的城崎海岸、大室山⛰️、仙人掌公园都不远。仔细看Michael提供的guide book，里面有很多的购物、餐饮和旅游建议～伊豆是个安静的海边小镇，天气好时能清楚的在阳台看到蔚蓝的大海，记得沿着房子周围散散步，你会看到邻居的花园正盛开美丽的花朵，还有时不时会串出的小松鼠🐿️和鸟儿～是个放松和享受自然的好地方～祝大家开心❤️🌸

元々の時間よりチェックインも早くできるように手伝ってくださり、途中で気になる点も早く答えてくださって楽に利用しました。 本当に平和で静かで、懐かしい感じを引き上げてくれる空間でした。 家の前の桜と川がとてもきれいでしばらく眺めていました。 今度また横浜に来るようになったら、ぜひもう一度泊まりたいです。 いい思い出を持って帰ります。 ありがとうございます。

御用邸の真横、海まで30秒という贅沢な立地の中で、潮風を感じながらとてもリラックスした旅が出来ました。愛犬もとっても嬉しそうにお散歩を楽しめました。歴史と伝統を感じるとっても広い家作りと、檜の香るジャグジー付きのお風呂で、最高にリフレッシュ！また、清潔に維持管理されていて、生活や料理の備品も揃っていますし、スーパーや駐車場も近く、快適に過ごせました。葉山・一色海岸を満喫したい方々にはとてもおすすめです！！

Frau Tomoko Cathy war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich bei der Unterkunft direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist super und die Lage ebenfalls ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem gute Verbindungen um in das Stadtzentrum zu gelangen. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Kaori was a wonderful host - very responsive, kind, and helpful. She owns a cafe on the first floor of the property and upon arrival she offered us complimentary tea and cakes (they were both excellent). The rental unit was well-kept with a pleasant retro aesthetic.

This place was an absolutely wonderful stay. Kaori was very responsive and welcomed us with a bag of pastries. The place was very spacious and very clean. The location is also phenomenal as the island has been a highlight of our trip around Japan so far. Amazing for the price. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Everything was so perfect from the beginning, when there was a sign at the street that led me to the entrance, until the end. Especially I would like to mention the laundry service. My laundry was washed, dried and bended from one day to the other at no extra cost or effort to me. That was extraordinary and my first time to experience at an Airbnb. For me the location and proximity to the Tsurumi River was ideal for running and preparing for Tokyo Marathon :-)

We only stayed for one night but it was easy to find the Airbnb and check in. Would say it’s a bit dated compared to what I expected from the photos but was clean and had everything we needed. Ryo and sent us so many recommendations which was lovely. There’s so much to do in the area!

This is our second time staying here and it was perfect as before. The location cannot be beat as it is close to everything and so close to the nearest train. The checkin was smooth and quick and Nanako is a fantastic host. There are really good restaurants nearby so ask for recommendations. There’s also a convenience store around the corner. The house is extremely spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We stayed at this beautiful Airbnb for five days, but would have loved to stay longer. Sawada-san and his wife are such warm and welcoming people. We had a small accident with our oldest son and Sawadan-san was so thoughtful of going with us to the hospital. We loved the real Japanese house and the beautiful garden. The area around is wonderful to walk around, you'll feel the real taste of Japan♥️

Megumi was a fantastic host and her apartment was perfect and just what we love about traditional Japanese homes 🤩 , Megumi always made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed for a splendid stay , I highly recommend Megumi's place to stay if your travelling around the area and I hope to be back again to pay a visit in the near future.

Mieca’s place was so amazing. What a location! So close to everything. Amazing restaurants, bars, shops and more right at your doorstep, but even still the noise was minimal at night, especially weekdays. Fantastic spot! We stayed as a family of 3 (husband, wife and daughter) and the space was more than adequate for us - with a little manouvering for our 6’5” man but that is the case through most of Japan 😅 Our 5yo daughter loved it too, it was a slumber-party every night and there were a plethora of stores and fun things to do around us that she loved (especially Village Vanguard!). Mieca was also one of the best hosts we’ve had on airbnb, so great with communication, recommendations and helping whenever we needed it. Would HIGHLY recommend this one if you’re coming to Tokyo & wanting to stay in a very cool area. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
