Within the family house we offer two apartments. In the large apartment located on the second floor of the family house we offer accommodation for eight people. All rooms have a separate balcony with a unique view of the port of Mali Lošinj. The apartment also has a spacious terrace that offers the possibility of a quiet breakfast or dinner in the open space. The smaller apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house and provides accommodation for four people. The house is close to the center, and the landscaped beach is a five-minute walk away.

We rent a part of our big, stone house on beautiful Susak island (with part of our own yard in the shade under the vines). 3 minutes walk from the main beach of Susak. Simple, modern and clean with air conditioning, equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Ideal for romantic couples, small families with small and older children.. ...and it is especially nice and comfortable for tourists in the "golden" age. Renting only in June and from 15th of August. ❤️

Casa Giardino is a stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of the small island town of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy. Park your car in the driveway and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here. 60m2 house had been built in a traditional manner but completely refurbished in 2019 for a modern and comfortable stay. The house has a secured parking lot not more than 250m away. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the quiet neighborhood. My place is great for couples, friends and families (with kids).
