Our guesthouse is located in small village with about 50 people. It is a peaceful and peaceful setting in the midst of nature. A completely renovated house 100 meters from Lake Bolmen with a large patio with sun all day and views of the fantastic Lake Bolmen. Pier and swimming area are of course on the property, as well as the possibility to rent a boat from the host. Bolmen is a lake known for its fine water, good fishing and its many islands. At Sunnaryds Gård, we breed Gotland sheep and on the ground there is a high population of fallow deer. 700 meters from the accommodation, there is a paddle tennis court, boule courts, football field, outdoor gym and multi-sport arena.

Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you can reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house includes a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely veranda. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Here, the noise level is quiet, it smells like forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house is in and the insulation is wood shavings from floors and walls. For us, it is important to protect the ecological and local.

The ceiling in the old cottage is not so high. Breakfast is included in the price. I put it in the fridge. My accommodation suits couples, loneliness adventurers, business travelers, familys and four-legged friends.

Store Mosse, High Chaparral and Hestra Mountain resort is between 20 and 45 min drive from the cabin.
