Vacation rentals in Sung Noen District

It’s a beautiful house in the middle of a beautiful plot of land with nice with nice trees and a lily pond. Very peaceful location despite being close to a secondary road. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. Very good water pressure (the most important for us) and considerably clean linen and bath towels. We didn’t use the kitchen, so we can’t comment much on the items there in. But it seems kitchen stuff are decently provided although need to be cleaned up well. The only thing that needs improvement are the gate and door locks. The front door can’t be properly closed, so we have to lock ourselves in (via gate) with a padlock at night. Dangerous during emergency situation. Several pigeons in the false ceiling will also disturb you in the night if you are in the bedroom on the right. Communication was very minimal with no instructions about check-in/out and the staff that greeted us did not explain the features of the house. Nothing much written in the property listing to read.

nice place, homey. have big field, so children can play there. fresh air. can walking around the villa. but the restroom only 2inside. difficult to communicate to the guard. the bicycles is broken.

Pitchayphat is a great host. Very helpful, kind and responsive to guests enquiries and needs. The accommodation is a high standard, comfortable, clean and quiet, with all amenities that you need. I stayed here for 4 weeks and whenever I am back in Korat I will certainly try to stay here again.

Host was super friendly and responsive to all my questions and any concerns I had. The condo was kept in perfect condition and matched the photos perfectly. Many street vendors nearby and a big mall only 15 minute walk away. Just be careful of the stray dogs nearby

Great place and fantastic hosts. Very helpful in various areas including cooking food for the elderly who were not feeling well. Gave good recommendations and advice for our trip and visits to surrounding area. Hosts also prepared and decorated the dining area for Christmas. Kudos to Jen for the Xmas tree, sculpture painting for the kids, and the various chores which made our stay very enjoyable. Kids enjoyed the feeding of the chickens and roaming around the lawn. The farm was peaceful and quiet, and we woke every morning to birds singing and a gorgeous view of the nature reserve. Thumbs up!

Great accommodation with exceptional view of Toscana. Strongly recommend for family get away that enjoy private accommodation relative to hotel stays.

Dog-friendly place. Great stay with the family for New Years' celebrating. Quiet but intimate time with the family. BBQ stove provided. Small kitchenette with limited cooking amenities so do prepare before you go. The whole space was ours so it was just amazing to have the whole scenery to ourselves. You would need a car to visit this place as it is a bit further from town. Overall we would definitely go back to visit. Very nice place. Clean and new. Very suitable for relaxing. The house is warm and well-equipped. The owner is very nice. I will definitely come back. 😊😊
