On the territory of the complex there are children's playgrounds, a walking area, its own embankment. Last year, a swimming pool was built. The apartment is located on the 12th floor of a 12-storey building, panoramic windows overlooking the sea around the perimeter. The apartment has a large living room with a kitchen and 1 bedroom.
