The road was a little narrow and confusing, but when I watched the directions video, I was able to get there smoothly.I highly recommend it with a beautiful building and furniture. There was enough room for the children to run around outside, and both adults and children had a comfortable stay.The kitchen utensils are in a separate building, and the stove is not available in the house, so it may be a little inconvenient to use on rainy days, but it was just sunny on the day we used it, so we had breakfast outside and had fun at any time.

Thank you very much. The facility was clean and easy to spend time in, and the facilities were sophisticated and enjoyable. The sauna was especially spacious, and the cold water bath was the best refreshment. Also, this time it was a personal matter, but I wanted to send a bouquet to my partner, so I consulted with you in advance. They kindly helped me with various preparations and arrangements, and I was able to successfully deliver the bouquet. I don't think I've ever had such kind treatment. I can't thank you enough. I had an amazing stay at Yuiitsu’s place! It had everything I needed. It is new, very clean, spacious, has lots of light and ammenities. Its very close to a nice tourist area called Kitano. On the same street you find local nice restaurants! It is just a 10 min walk from Sannomiya Station. I loved staying at Yuiitsu’s place. Would definetly come back!

Had an amazing time! We stayed at this place to visit Nitama at nearby Kishi station. The host Hiroe was super friendly and drove us to the station and grocery store. The house is gorgeous and exactly as described. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!! Thank you Hiroe!

We really liked this apartment. We booked it at short notice because our plans changed and it was too big for the five of us with bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges spread over three floors and a roof terrace. However we really enjoyed it- loads of space, comfortable beds, great shower and bath rooms with parking nearby. It really is an apartment more designed for groups travelling together, probably cyclists, as there are cycle hangers and stands in various places.

Great location walking distance to Shin-Kobe station, even with rolling bags no problem as you can get there with no stairs. Apartment was as advertised, perfect for a couple people, laundromat downstairs was super convenient plus multiple convenience stores nearby, would stay again if we were needing to be near Shin-Kobe station again.
