Wow! We had a wonderful stay, and the place was beautiful! We were travelling as a family of four and the property had loads of space, was very well equipped and had spectacular views over Kobe. The property management team were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that we had nothing less than an amazing stay. We will definitely return to Ren-Est when we return to Japan again. Highly recommend!

It was a beautiful room that had just been renovated. There were two toilets and two washstands and air conditioners on the first floor. It was a 2-minute walk to the sea. I was able to walk to the sea many times. I also enjoyed searching for cats in the city. The wifi was also smooth for children to play games and watch videos. It was a nice kitchen and well equipped with tools. I was able to use a large refrigerator for five days and three meals. It was a 2-minute walk to the neighborhood rental car for 2,500 yen. This facility was very satisfying in terms of both comfort and hospitality! The staff in particular were great, and from check-in to check-out, they consistently provided polite and warm service! They were very helpful with even the smallest questions, and their thoughtfulness made the stay even more comfortable!!! Unforgettable comfort

The place is so spacious and equip with everything. The location is great. The coin laundry just downstair. The parking lot is just across the steeet. We’re really had a great time there. Really recommend for stay in Wakayama.

We used it as a friend and four adults. It was very friendly and I was impressed by the flexibility to accommodate this request. The room is stylishly decorated and has four beds, so you can sleep comfortably.The refrigerator is large, so you can store the food and water you buy with plenty of time. The bath in the distance is spacious enough for 4 adults, but it will be comfortable for two people. The BBQs were all delicious, and we had a different meal, so we were satisfied with the quantity.Breakfast was served with organic ingredients, and there were many small bowls, and it was delicious.As an honest impression, it is definitely worth more than the price, so I recommend adding dinner and breakfast.

Very convenient place to stay in Kobe with all the amenities we needed. beds were comfy, bathroom was quite small but it worked for our short stay. Good place to stay in Kobe for a small group or family.

Even though it's a little dated, it's quite spacious for a place in Japan, with great parking. The neighborhood is lively, so there was quite a bit of street noise over the weekend at night - easily solved with ear plugs

The location was a little far from the center, but it was quiet, and Sannomiyya, Kitanoujinkan, and Nankin Machi were all within walking distance. The accommodation was very clean, and the wooden interior was comfortable and cozy! It was a bit of a pity that there was no elevator. The owner of the nearby liquor store is very kind and the sake has a good appearance. The convenience store is close to 7-Eleven, and on the way from Sanno-miya, there are Family Mart, Lawson, and Don Quijote, so I went back and forth like a sparrow in a rice field! The bathtub felt a little more spacious than other prefabricated bathrooms, and the dining table for 4 was very useful. There was a guest lounge on the 3rd floor, and it was comfortable and useful because it was equipped with a few things.

The apartment is great! It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is very well located and Taro is a super welcoming host, he gave us good recommendations on activities and restaurants nearby. You can go there without a second thought, you won't be disappointed!
